Four stars at best!

Food and restaurant staff also Beach location.

Cons:

Booked for my birthday 3 nights as a treat. Expected more from a so-called 5 star hotel. Cleaners knocked and entered 9am to clean room.. which is too early.
The electric kettle lead to short kettle leaked also leaving slip hazard on floor. Each time you lent on balcony the white paint stuck to your arms and clothes which was carried into room.
I forgot my brand new mini Wifi router in small cupboard that housed robes and room spray. Called reception same day & again 2 days later,they said they would look into to date no response at all.
So I question the honesty off the staff.
Coco Ocean did not meet my 5 star expectations.
Was also told by staff last orders at the restaurant was 11pm turns out 10:30pm more accurate. As I was refused the Thai menu I had previous night.
