According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Additional beds for children cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

As luzes do quarto não apagam completamente. Além disso, o frigobar é iluminado com uma luz azul que prejudica o sono. Além disso, tive a pior experiência da vida com relação a limpeza. Com certeza os lençóis não haviam sido trocados. Acordei com um chiclete colado em mim. Ele estava colado ao lençol. Nojento, insalubre e inaceitável. Registrei o ocorrido e entrei em contato com a gerência do hotel, que apenas se desculpou.

Vista linda do quarto, excelente localização, atravessa a rua e já tem o shopping Beira-mar, o calçadão.
Após minha acomodação no quarto, passaram a chave do meu quarto para outro hóspede que entrou no meu quarto de forma abrupta me assustando terrivelmente, tirando totalmente minha privacidade. Em seguida, mesmo eu tendo quitado minhas diárias no check in, me ligaram cobrando falando que eu não tinha pago. Foram situações bem desgastantes e estressantes. Por duas vezes a chave do meu quarto desconfigurou e fui impedida de entrar no quarto. Situações que poderiam ter sido evitadas.
Localização excelente, quartos confortáveis, duchas boas, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, café da manhã ok.
A camareira não foi arrumar nosso quarto em um dos dias e no outro ela não arrumou a cama, somente trocou toalhas. Um ponto negativo é a falta de barras no banheiro, principalmente para idosos.
Adorei a localização, o quarto enorme .
