The staff were incredible. I travelled with my toddler and elderly mother, and they were so helpful. Food at the restaurant was wonderful too. The room was so clean and had great space saving gadgets.

Our airco did not function well, so it was not comfortable
Location was perfect, very close to everything, and staff were super helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast was poor and not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Great location and stunning hotel, beautiful room and friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff; very good breakfast; nice and clean rooms, a fantastic location close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and the Spice Bazaar but just a couple of blocks removed from the hustle and bustle in a quiet location. A small but complimentary coffee/tea cookies in the afternoon at the lobby is a plus.
They could have given us a bit more complimentary water than two small bottles. Maybe it's on us because, we could have asked for more and they probably would have given it to us. One of us didn't think the bed was very comfortable. The other didn't mind.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne ruhige Zimmer. Viele Istanbul Highlights zu Fuß erreichbar. Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte alles in direkter Nähe.
