Excelentes espaços verdes, mas atendimento muito aquém de um 5 estrelas

Adorámos os espaços verdes do resort. Tanto os jardineiros como a equipa de limpeza foram sempre extremamente simpáticos. O quarto, além de limpo, revelou-se muito espaçoso, o que facilitou imenso a nossa estadia com um bebé. Outro grande destaque foi a piscina aquecida, ideal para relaxar.
Equipa da cozinha, muito atenta a qualquer pedido, ajudando até mais nas dúvidas e nos pedidos do que os empregados de mesa.

Cons:

O ponto mais negativo da nossa experiência foi, sem dúvida, o atendimento, que se assemelha mais ao de um hotel de 3 do que ao de um 5 estrelas.

​Deparámo-nos com funcionários bastante antipáticos no restaurante, especialmente na zona da esplanada. Falta claramente formação focada no detalhe e na proatividade: não ofereciam ajuda e nem sequer perguntavam se queríamos algo para beber ao sentarmo-nos, ou se precisávamos de uma cadeira para o bebé. O hotel precisa urgentemente de investir na formação dos seus empregados de mesa.

​Não pretendo generalizar, pois também encontrámos colaboradores prestáveis, mas o atendimento geral foi medíocre, incluindoalguns colaboradoresda receção. Em contrapartida, deixo os parabéns aos funcionários da limpeza e aos jardineiros que, sempre que passavam por nós, nos brindavam com um sorriso genuíno.

O SPA funciona mesmo 'a despachar'. Basicamente, a massagem nem dura os 50 minutos pagos; entrei e, passados exatamente 50 minutos, já estava na receção pronta a ir embora. Nem sequer oferecem um chá para relaxar após o tratamento. Fiquei muito desiludida com a experiência.

​Quanto à comida, foca-se na quantidade em detrimento da qualidade, embora seja aceitável. Por fim, uma nota: a fotografia da piscina aquecida no Booking não corresponde à realidade.

Invasion de guêpes..La réservation de tables pour des clients privilégiés par le personnel car ils leur donne des pourboires..Le pourboire est devenu une obligation pour avoir de la considération alors que l"on a tous payé le même sejour ..Manque de respect pour le reste de la clientèle qui arrive dans un restaurant a 19h avec la moitié des tables réservé..Que fait la direction !!!
