Estupenda semana en familia
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el personal muy atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Las piscinas muy grandes y la zona de tuboganes de lujo para los más pequeños

Cons:

La única pega que pondría es que se permitan colchonetas en la piscina. Llega un momento que te vas chocando con los objetos

Mittag bekommt man Kaffee nur an der Snackbar, dafür muss man einige meter in der Mittagshitze laufen. Das ist echt ungünstig, das nur ein Getränke Bar offen hat.,

We had an amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The reception team was wonderful, and the restaurant staff worked incredibly hard while always being kind and attentive.Our kids especially loved the animation team. A big thank you to NARJISSE, SAAD, FATI, and all the other girls for making their stay so much fun. I would love to mention every single person by name because everyone was fantastic, but I’m sorry—I’m not very good with names!
This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back. The only suggestion we have is to update the photos, as the property looks even better in real life than it does in the pictures.

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo l'accoglienza del personale, ricordo in particolare Manal, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, e ricordo anche la simpatia degli animatori, capaci di scherzare e di coinvolgere tutti nei balli, come Tima, Zouheir e Youssef. Molto cortesi anche i baristi e le signore delle pulizie, pronte ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Il resort è molto pulito, le attività sono ben organizzate ed è possibile praticare molti sport. Esperienza 10/10. Nonostante mi piaccia sempre cambiare meta sto seriamente valutando se tornare il prossimo anno.

Un séjour parfait, une excellente ambiance et des souvenirs inoubliables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La nourriture était très variée, avec de nombreux choix différents chaque soir. La chambre était toujours très propre et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu.

Le personnel est très gentil, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. Un grand merci aux animateurs Soufian, Spoofy, Sara, Youssef, Loco, Speed et Zahra pour leur bonne humeur et leur énergie. Ils proposent de nombreuses animations tout au long de la journée, avec des activités variées qui mettent une super ambiance. Les spectacles organisés chaque soir par l’hôtel sont également très agréables.

Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

De personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk

Cons:

Hygiëne was onder de maat. Wc borstel heel vies, zat beestjes in. Beddengoed zaten vlekken en versleten. Kamers heel klein. Mijn zoon van 16 sliep op een slaapkamer bank met een dunne matras. Had meer verwacht kwa prijs verhouding.
