good value for a ok hotel
Pros:

It is a old construction that needs some maintenance,
the pool has to be repaired, many areas with damages broken floor and stained on the walls.
is not like 5 start hotel
could be 4

breakfasts is good but for the buffet for lunch and dinner needs more diversity

Cons:

old areas that needs maintenance
I found a cucaracha in my room on day
the housekeeping was regular.

Cons:

4eme séjour au Kenzi : la qualité des repas n ' est plus la même, le personnel du bar piscine désagréable et peu professionnel.
Mention spéciale pour les personnes à l accueil très sympathiques.
Équipements, transat et parasols autour de la piscine commencent à dater..... bar piscine tables et sièges sales

C’était très bien sauf la nourriture.
Pros:

L’accueil, la chambre, la piscine

Cons:

La nourriture était vraiment pas top du tout, dommage pour un établissement « all inclusive ».
Dommage que les piscines ferment tôt (18h), une petite heure de plus serait pas de refus…

Amazing staff which makes up for the rest
Pros:

The staff is really kind and the animation team made our stay the best ! A big thank you to Imad especially :)

Cons:

The food is better than it used to be but still not amazing. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be reviewed. The water from the shower wasn’t draining properly and the soap holders were rusty bc of the water… this was most unpleasant.

But this did not stop us from having a great stay at the property :)

Don’t Stay!

Cons:

Was not clean, pools were dirty, noise, no food choises available, queues for everything … RUN!
We had booked four nights, we left on the second day. They kindly reimbursed the two remaining nights. Or at least I have a TPV receipt from that day. It has been a month since that and we havent received the reimbusement on the Credit Card. Despite contacting them on the email, message in booking.com and phone they are not providing the information to trace the payment.

Todo bien, excepto una mala logística con las toallas de la piscina.

Hemos tenído problemas con las Toallas de la Piscina. ya que mas de uno esperaban toallas limpias pero no habían, al parecer una mala logística. ya que llevábamos 3 días seguidos con el mismo problema.

Cons:

Le nettoyage des chambres,
Personnel du restaurant principal mal organisé et peu disponible,
Manque de réactivité de la réception( plusieurs appels pour la même demande)
