Pros:

Location is amazing! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and had nice breakfast and shower pressure.

Cons:

Heat pump spits water at you during the night (needs servicing), felt it was a bit expensive for a tiny room.

Perfect for short stopover in the city close to market
Pros:

Location is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Balcony was great. Thanks for fruit basket on arrival and takeaway breakfast when checking out.

Great for a central location just don't expect a good sleep

Great location for walking around town, food places and malls.

Cons:

The bed was so hard it felt like they had forgotten to put a mattress on it - lying straight on wooden frame. Front of house staff weren't exactly friendly. Attitudes changed when they felt they weren't going to be tipped.

Cons:

このホテルのせいではありませんが、予約した数日後にWhatsappにホテルを名乗り、予約を完了するにはクレジットカード情報を入力してください、というSCAMメッセージが来ました。ホテルに問い合わせたら、すぐにその事実はないと確認できて安心しましたが、注意してください。他のベトナムのホテルでも同様のSCAMメールがきました。
