Cons:

Viel zu viele Externe Gäste die auf der Rooftop Bar rumlungern. Eher ein Ausflugsziel als ein Hotel zum entspannen??
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmerschlüssel funktionieren schlecht.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Lounge in weiss tragen alle geflickte Kleider,wie Seeleute😂sieh echt schlimm aus für ein 5 Sterne Haus🤷‍♂️

The staff at lebua can't do enough for you. Everyone was so wonderful and made sure you had the best experience. The food selection at breakfast was brilliant and the club lounge access is well worth the extra cost, with lunch starting as soon as breakfast is finished, followed by afternoon tea with a beautiful selection of sweet and savoury snacks to choose from, and free beer, spirits and wine!

Cons:

The rooftop bar is a complete rip off. We knew it would be expensive so we're prepared for the inflated price for two tiny cocktails and figured we may as well try it since we were there. But on arrival we were given a menu and put into the smoking area where we were served our drinks. We assumed there would be somewhere to sit on the rooftop, but there were only seating or tables for people who had reserved the restaurant. So after standing with our overpriced cocktails for approximately 15 minutes, £70 down, we left disappointed and will not go back.
Everything else about the hotel itself was perfect, but there are much nicer and cheaper rooftop bars in the city. I echo a lot of reviewers and tell you not to bother.

This hotel is nice but some of their entrances doesn’t feel luxurious. The beds are too hard and so are the pillows. Not ideal for a 5 star. Breakfast was nice and lovely.

A home away from home
Pros:

Friendly and awesome staff and service. Each time we come back from shopping, we felt very welcome home. Thanks to the staff who helped to open the car door, press the lift etc.

Spectacular views in a very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a huge suite with wonderful views over the river and the city. The room was very comfortable if perhaps slightly dated. Personally I would have like the seating area to be near the window and balcony so we could enjoy the amazing views from the comfort of couch. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of freshly prepared international dishes. The staff were all extremely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the access to the Club Lounge although it was a shame that it closed so early at 6pm.

Check in process from start to finish was so easy, the staff are so helpful and attentive. We were assisted by Hasel and she was wonderful! Very pleasant to deal with, she was so friendly and helpful :)

Staff were very friendly. The room was huge with a wonderful view over the river and the city. It was very comfortable. A personal preference would be that the seating area was by the window so we could enjoy the view. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful choice of international dishes.

Cons:

Although the room was very comfortable it was a little dated. We enjoyed the lounge access but it was disappointing that it closed at 6pm.
