Pros:

Stayed a few times.. Staff are great
. Hotel has some real charector and is in a good location.

Cons:

Room service charge 2 x sing beers is crazy.. over 1200 bht for 2 x small cans of Sing... 41bht each at 7/11.

Perfect room with an amazing view of the river!
Pros:

Incredible views over the city and the river and every comfort you could ask for! Everything was perfect and the location was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Es war super im Lebua und wir kommen bei der nächsten Reise wieder!
Pros:

Es war alles super und top! Klar etwas in die Jahre gekommen das Hotel aber es war alles super und sauber der Service perfekt und alles gepflegt. Besonders natürlich die SkyBar oben auf dem Dach!

Cons:

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst!

An unexpected room upgrade.
Pros:

My scores are a little extreme on account of the fact I was unexpectedly upgraded at check-in from the twin room that I had booked to a massive two bedroom suite with dining area, kitchenette and large lounge area. Maybe they had heard that my friend can't stand my snoring so put a very large space between us. That aside, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The booking did have lounge access which afforded me free food and drink all day from the Lounge buffet (including breakfast). The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. All the usual room toiletries etc were supplied. It is fairly well connected with a couple of Sky train stations within a short walk and a boat taxi station also.

Cons:

No USB ports on the sockets.
The hotel is quite old but it could benefit from some basic modernisation.

Not strictly speaking part of the hotel I don't think, but £30 (minimum) cocktails at the SkyBar is really taking the XXXX. The Hangover 3 was over 13 years ago and they are still trying to milk if with a hangover 'named' cocktail at about £200.

Pros:

Palazzo con vista panoramica stupenda, rooftop bar molto bello ed elegante anche se per i prezzi della Thailandia molto costoso. Camera spaziosa con cucinino. Poiché non potevano offrirci la camera richiesta ci hanno offerto un drink sul rooftop. Molto gentili!

Cons:

Camere datate hanno bisogno di un intervento di rinnovo.

La vue à couper le souffle, les chambres sont extrêmement grande et cela est très appréciable.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte al Tower Club. E’ mancata l’acqua nella stanza sino alle 16:00 e successivamente l’acqua usciva marrone dai rubinetti che lasciva dei detriti marroni (vedi foto Putroppo non permette di caricare video). Di fatto non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno spiegato che c’era stata una manuntezione idraulica (della quale non eravamo a conoscenza) Una situazione inconcepibile che ci ha reso il soggiorno insopportabile e pericoloso per la salute. Da evitare

Spitzenhotel und toller Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage am Fluss. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und viele Vorteile durch den Club. Die Roof Top Bar ist ein Traum. Freundlich der Mitarbeiter ist überragend.

Cons:

Getränkepreise in der Sky Bar.
