地理位置优越

Cons:

设施老化，房间灯控坏了，半夜换房间。入住时间办理等太长，办理后回来拿房卡员工找不到系统录入的客人信息，房卡刷得无效，只能坐电梯，连续找了前台三次才处理明白。餐饮明显在节约成本，菜品一般，早餐不提供餐巾，只有纸巾，离店后发票金额开错。酒店管理混乱，没有总经理只有duty manager.

A-three day stay in Nanjing

Cons:

- Heating system not functioning, only wind was blowing. 19 degrees daily were measured in the room,
- Ceiling / ventilation duct near the window damaged,
- Light bulb In wardrobe not working (no light),
- No supply of drinking water during the last day.
