Oké voor een nacht
Pros:

Ligging op een half uurtje rijden van de Stena ferry.

Cons:

We kregen een kamer waar het een enorme herrie was van de airco. Gelukkig konden we ruilen en kregen een rustiger kamer. Het ontbijt was nogal eenvoudig. En betaald parkeren. 🅿️

Het uitklapbare bed was vreselijk, scheef, staken spijlen door het matras heen. Ook was de kamer ontzettend klein, we konden onze kont niet keren met 4 personen

Decent stay to visit my son in university
Pros:

Comfortable cozy bed, easy to use shower , ok staff, Shell gas station nearby

Pros:

We have stayed here before and been satisfied with all aspects of our stay, rooms are comfortable and well appointed,WiFi is fast and breakfast offer good. Disappointing that one is expected to pay for overnight parking given hotel is out of town and has its own plentiful parking spaces.

Cons:

On the last morning of our stay we woke to find we had suffered multiple inesct bites in our room. We complained as we checked out and received a cursory answer blaming mosquitoes and were told that rooms couldn’t be sprayed in case guests suffered reactions to insecticides. Due to the severity of the bites I emailed a complaint to the hotel which was not acknowledged. The automated complaints telephone ‘service’ could only offer me a wait in a queue with 21 callers ahead of me and so I wrote to Head Office. I received a prompt response referring my complaint back to the hotel as it is an individually owned and managed property and was promised a response within 48 hours. This I have now received merely re iterating that they were working to address the problem. This some 3 weeks after our stay and initial complaint does not indicate any real concern for guest safety at this particular establishment
