Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill by IHG

The room was much bigger than most London hotel rooms, bedding, towels & everything was spotless. Cold bottled water in the fridge was complimentary & really needed after a long train journey. Staff on reception especially Victoria was super helpful.
Freshly made breakfast was excellent & much better than a buffet version.

Good-sized, high-quality room with good working air conditioning.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Towers in ruhiger Straße. Das Zimmer war mit 30 Qm großzügig dimensioniert und hatte eine gute Ausstattung, insbesondere gute Matratzen. Design-Bad mit wenig Ablagen. Hotel war etwas indisch inspiriert. Personal ist freundlich, hat aber spürbare Schwierigkeiten mit der englischen Sprache. Frühstück war ordentlich, aber übersichtlich. Übernachtungspreis war angesichts der staken Zimmernachfrage (WM/ Wimbledon, etc.) nicht günstig, aber in Ordnung.

Location and style.

Excellent service from Natty at reception. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and he was always happy to help with any questions. Natty is a real credit to Hotel Indigo Tower Hill and helped make my stay enjoyable. Thank you!

Had a pleasant overnight stay prior to embarking on a cruise ship and the hotel is certainly in a very good location situated so near to many tourist attractions.

The hotel staff were so accommodating in allowing early access to our room after a long international flight and also provided a late departure the following morning.

Clean and spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed and complimentary soft drinks and chocolate which we thought to be a nice touch.

Would certainly visit again when in London.

Good breakfast although service was slow

Stayed for 1 night this week in an Executive room. Room was large and very comfortable with all the amenities we could want. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely with hot items cooked to order.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend

Not far from my office so thought I would try it. Check in was great and fast, the person at the front desk was very helpful. The room was large and everything worked. Only couple things about the hotel room. the floors were very squeaky, that includes the room upstairs. So that woke me up a couple times. The bathroom was large but had a tiny vanity with no counter space, could also use more lighting in the bathroom. I did like the fact that there was water and soda for free in the mini fridge. Nice touch.
The Hotel restaurant was not very appealing. there was no in there and I asked the guy about beer and he said they had only two kinds in bottles. So i went to a pub.
