Pulita, ma colazione da dimenticare
Pros:

La camera era pulita e ben arredata.

Cons:

La camera era molto piccola, vista su tubi sul retro dell’hotel.. ma soprattutto la colazione è decisamente da dimenticare.

Overall, it was definitely a good hotel, but if I visit Osaka again, I’d probably choose a different one next time.
Pros:

It was so close to the metro station and there were several konbini stores nearby. Beds were big enough and comfortable. Room itself was clean.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was so loud that I woke up from my sleep at night a couple of times. The room was smaller than I expected. There was only one elevator serving the guest rooms, so we often had to wait quite a long time whenever we left or returned to our room. There was also a strange dusty carpet smell in the hallway.

Not worth staying.
Cons:

Mould on curtains, extractor fan didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. There is one elevator for the entire hotel, so when we left at 9:45 to check out we did not get to the lobby until 10:13.

Un buon soggiorno
Pros:

Hotel con una buona posizione per poter girare la città. Stanza di dimensioni nella media, anche qui come altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in giappone non ci sono armadi. In compenso il bagno della stanza è davvero spazioso. Il.personale è stato gentile e disponibile, siamo arrivati un pò prima del orario previsto per il check in e nonostante ciò ci hanno subito dato le chiavi della camera.

Könnte gut sein, wenn sich einige Dinge verbessern.
Pros:

Lage ist gut, ruhig war es auch im Hotel. Alles was man benötigt vorhanden z. B. Zahnbürsten, Kamm, Föhn, Handtücher.

Cons:

Ganz klar die sauberkeit muss sich verbessern. Sachen müssen bevor Gäste den Raum betreten repariert werden. Schimmel muss sofort entfernt werden. Teppich im Flur 13. Stock fleckig. Lüftung zugestaubt. Klimaanlage und Lüfter im Bad sehr laut. Offener Kabelkanal, Flecken an den Wänden. Zu wenig Waschmaschinen/Trockner. Waschraum im 2. Stock dreckig am Abend. Keine Möglichkeit wäsche zu deponieren. Wäschekorb oder Taschen wären gut. Notfall-Licht defekt (Taschenlampe).

Excelente relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Un hotel excelente en relación precio-calidad. La habitación era notablemente más grande que las tradicionales de Japón, e incluso el baño tenía muy buen tamaño. La ubicación es buena: a unas 4 calles de una estación de metro y relativamente cerca de Dōtonbori (a unas 20 calles). El personal fue muy atento y nos permitió dejar las maletas en el lobby por unas horas después del check-out. El único detalle a tener en cuenta es que tiene un solo ascensor para todas las habitaciones, por lo que la espera puede prolongarse un poco más de lo habitual.

English: An excellent hotel in terms of value for money. The room was larger than traditional Japanese hotel rooms, and even the bathroom was spacious. The location is good: about 4 blocks from a subway station and relatively close to Dōtonbori (around 20 blocks away). The staff was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby for a few hours after checking out. One thing to keep in mind: there is only one elevator for the entire building, so the wait can be a bit longer than usual.
