Good, central location, clean room and comfy bed.
The environment is quite noisy at night, even when the window is closed. The noise is mainly from cars speeding.
Great hotel with all necessities, close to the station and with helpful staff.
We had a small car incident while trying to leave the hotel and the staff helped us to call the police and an insurance company. Especially big thank to Mr Sakaguchi for all his help even while on his lunch break!
Within walking distance to Midosuji Line (RED).
No housekeeping unless you stay over 3 nights. The trash piled up for 3 days and I don't like wet towels cos there were no place to dry except the hanging above the bath tub curtain railing.

Era acogedor, el personal era muy amable, la ubicación era perfecta, habitación cómoda.
El refrigerador de la habitación no funcionaba, no enfriaba para nada al contrario estaba tibio adentro. En la ducha, se estanca el agua en la tina.
Gute Lage, sehr sauber, gemütlich wie zu Hause. Lift funktioniert sehr gut .

4階から14階まで客室があるのだが、エレベーターが1機しかない。
ホテルから出入りするのに非常に時間をロスする。
チェックインカウンターも2階にあり、地上から2階へも１機のみ。

スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。
冷蔵庫が全然冷えなかった。ドライヤーが壊れていた。（フロントに連絡したらすぐに交換してもらえた）トイレの汚物入れのゴミが回収されていなかった。部屋に糸屑が落ちていた。水回りへの扉がきちんと閉まらなかった。
Very enjoyable stay overall. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the location was excellent.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could benefit from a greater variety of options. Otherwise, everything was great.
