立地、広さに満足！
Pros:

駅から近く、ロビーもお部屋もベッド広くて快適だった！
ルームキーや、設備etc…
古さは否めないけれど、清潔に保たれているので
コスパ的にも価値があると思います。
洗面の床までフローリングで足元が綺麗で気持ちよかったです。
到着日の朝、荷物を預けに行ったら、
チェックイン手続きまで先にしてくれたので、
戻ってきた時にすぐお部屋に入れたのでよかったです。
途中、荷物を置きに戻ったり、使い勝手が良かったのでまた利用したいです。

Cons:

設備が古い、
エアコンがつけると寒く、消すと暑かった
使い捨てのスリッパは有料で
フロントまで購入しに行かなければならない（60円）
