Pros:

Superb location! It was our last stay before our flight, we can walk straight to take Skyliner at Keisei Ueno station. And also walking distance to Ameyoko market and Asakusa!
The room had everything we needed and quiet enough.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable. A bigger room, but we paid for it.

Cons:

Minimal cleaning anywhere. A charge for coffee.. very few amenities. No room cleaning for our stay. The carpets in the hall and elevator were dirty and old. Really in need of updating.

Pros:

"The staff were super helpful, and you honestly can't beat the location. It's a quick 5-minute walk to Ueno Station and 8 minutes to Keisei Ueno Station, which makes getting to Narita or Haneda—and taking day trips—completely hassle-free. There are tons of restaurants right outside your door, and you can easily walk to the Sumida River and Sensoji in about 20 minutes. So what’s not to love
