GREAT location!! Staff is helpful!
Pros:

Location is excellent. Check in is easy. Super close to the train, yet in a quiet part of the Ueno neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here. You have everything you need within a block (FamilyMart, train, restaurants)!

Cons:

Room was a little dusty if I had to be picky

地震があったのでエレベーターが止まった。外の階段を重い荷物を抱えて降りた。仕方ないと思います。スタッフが気を遣ってくれてかえって申し訳なかったが、こういうところは日本だな、と思う。
Pros:

部屋の使い勝手が良かった。お風呂が広い。ゆったり出来る時間があれば良いのだが仕事をしていた。PCワークだとそこそこ使いやすいかも。入谷口から1分なので辿りつきやすい。

Cons:

前の道路を走っている車の運転が乱暴で排気音が気になる。
