Great service and activities

1: The staff (in particular the bar staff) are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful!
2: plenty of food and beverage facilities throughout the resort area, all well maintained.
3: Has other facilities too like a gym, games room, indoor gym, sauna, massage services (didn't use it so can't comment on quality), very spacious outdoor pools which are kept very clean.
4: Food was delicious with different options every single day and plenty of options for every type of diet restrictions.
5: Activities organised throughout the day and the entertainment organised at night was a lot of fun.
6: There seemed to be plenty of activities for children (we didn't come with children so can't comment on quality).

Pleasant staff couldn't do enough for you, room cleaned daily, mini bar refilled daily, comfortable bed, great spa, meals were grand, they even invited me to a special booking.com meal with fancy cutlery and more food than you can eat - apologies I forgot all about my reservation and had already had my evening meal but didnt wana let you down🤣
Top hotel would recommend.

1) Вкусная и разнообразная еда , много овощей, в сезон много фруктов, рыба и мясо во всех видах
2) Уютные номера с удобными кроватями
3) Отличный персонал
4) Собака отеля, и ее будочка -смотрятся очень мило
5) Удобное расположение, рядом красивая длинная набережная , пляжи. До центра города около часа пешком по красивой дороге

Our stay at Megasaray Westbeach Antalya was wonderful from the very first moment. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere at the reception was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. This was our second time staying at the hotel, and Mr. Dervis recognized us immediately and kindly upgraded our room to one with a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more special.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the minibar is regularly restocked. The hotel offers a huge variety of food, and everything is exceptionally clean and well organized.

The entertainment team is very approachable and speaks several foreign languages, which creates a great connection with guests. We would especially like to highlight Emanuel, who performs his job professionally and with great passion. He always kept us informed about all activities, is extremely friendly, and radiates positive energy.

Everyone at the hotel is approachable, talkative, and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back again.

Très bon hôtel. Séjour en famille avec deux enfants de 3 et 5 ans. Le service est top. L'ensemble du personnel est disponible pour rendre vos vacances faciles.
Deux exemples : Tu arrives le soir après le service du restaurant, on te demande si tu as faim et on t'accueille en famille au restaurant 15 minutes plus tard. Aucun souci à n'importe quelle heure pour avoir un litre de lait et un four à micro-ondes à disposition pour faire un biberon à tes enfants. Bienveillance du personnel au bar, au restaurant, à la réception. Très bon esprit de l'équipe d'animation qui fait attention aux enfants. Que ce soit dans l'animation du club pour les enfants l'après-midi, de l'animation disco-baby chaque soir pendant 30 minutes pour que les enfants s'amusent et danse ensemble ou encore pour toutes les autres activités proposées où les enfants sont accueillis avec bienveillance.

The hotel is in the Konyaaltı area, in the Gürsu neighbourhood — a very nice district with a well-known promenade and views of the sea and the mountains, which are really close by. The hotel itself is right next to the promenade and the beach. The beach is technically a public one, but the hotel’s sun loungers are located just across the road, a 2–3-minute walk away.

What I liked most was the food, which was a very pleasant surprise: a great choice of tasty dishes, and on one evening the dinner was dedicated entirely to Italian cuisine (Bolognese, lasagne, pesto, and so on). The main restaurant serves meals four times a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a late dinner. I didn’t go to the late dinner because it takes place too late, so I can’t say anything about it. However, I enjoyed all the other meals. I don’t like spicy food and was worried there wouldn’t be enough choice for me, but in fact there were plenty of non-spicy options, and vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly labelled too — for those who care about that. There is also a small card next to each dish showing the calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates, which I also appreciated. The bar is open 24/7. I don’t drink alcohol, so I can’t comment on that. I only tried tea there, which was quite strong. In the hotel’s Starbucks you can help yourself to as many desserts as you like — I really enjoyed that (my body, however, didn’t enjoy such amounts of sugar). As for the coffee itself — in theory it’s free, but at check-in you are given vouchers for it, so it isn’t unlimited. Keep that in mind.

I had read in reviews that the rooms needed refurbishment, and I partly agree. The bed and everything else in the room were new and clean, the bed linen smelt fresh, and it was changed frequently. The only unpleasant moment was the shower: at first the shower door didn’t close properly — that was fixed quickly — but then one of the two shower heads stopped working completely.

The service was also pleasing; the staff are genuinely customer-oriented. However, there was one incident: after the shower door was repaired, I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned because the maintenance worker had climbed in wearing dirty shoes and left footprints behind. I went out for a couple of hours, and when I returned I saw that nothing had been cleaned. I ended up having to clean it myself. I booked a city-view room and I didn’t regret it, because on the sea-view side you can hear music, and one lady told me it made it difficult for her to sleep. The view was no less beautiful, with mountains wrapping around the little city houses.

I got back literally yesterday, and as you know, the weather in May isn’t the warmest — the season has only just started. So I mostly swam in the hotel’s indoor pool, which is heated and the water really is a pleasant temperature. The hammam and sauna are free, while other treatments, such as massages and body scrubs, are chargeable.

The hotel grounds are small but compact, and the design is minimalist and aesthetically pleasing.

If you’re planning to go out independently rather than using taxis, don’t worry — there are plenty of buses. Do bear in mind, though, that traffic jams here can be horrendous. Once, instead of 20 minutes, I spent 50 minutes on the journey, but in principle the same thing happens with taxis. You can only pay on the bus with a special card called Antalyakart; there is also an app where you can find the locations of machines that issue the card. It’s very convenient. Personally, 300 lira was enough for me for a week.

In conclusion, despite some very minor drawbacks, everything went practically perfectly, and the hotel lives up to its five-star rating. I was left with really lovely impressions.
