Great staff not so great accommodations
Pros:

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were very responsive. The apartments were nice, liked the lay out.

Cons:

The apartment felt dirty. They didn't do a good job of cleaning it before we got in. Everything in the apartment felt outdated and very used. The microwave wasn't working and we couldn't shut off the A/C. Our bedroom got very cold at night.

Cons:

El lavamanos de la entrada de la habitación no funcionaba, tenía una fuga en la tubería, y el lavamanos del baño de la habitación principal no salía agua, osea que para lavarse los dientes se tenía que hacer en el baño donde el lavamanos tenía fugas de agua y uno se mojaba los pies

Increíble alojamiento a un paso del mar. La zona muy bonita!!!
Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo el tamaño del apartamento, era amplísimo ; habitaciones muy bien equipadas y grandes con baños estupendos, una terraza-porche privada, preciosa. La urbanización muy bien cuidada y con un acceso directo a la playa. También me encantó el chiringuito de la playa que pertenece al Hotel. Es el mejor de la zona.

Cons:

La cocina tenía un cierto olor, y algunas cosas aparentaban algo oxidadas , por ejemplo, la grifería y partes de la nevera. El Apartamento era un bajo y resultaba algo oscuro.

Pros:

Las instalaciones del Residencial hermosas. El apartamento bastante cómodo y con lo indispensable para pasar una buena estadía. La playa sencillamente hermosa, asi como la seguridad tanto del Residencial como el que hay en la playa.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido, no deberia ofrecerse. Los ban̈os requieren mantenimiento y mayor limpieza. El personak de recepcion bastante amable, a excepcion de el que nos registro que fue algo antipatico.
