Walking distance to the centre. The room’s appliances were modern and functional.

La ubicación, la cama, el baño, la habitación en general muy linda y el personal muuuy amable

Cons:

El aire acondicionado sonaba un poco, pero enfriaba y una vez enfriada la habitación ya se podía apagar, nada grave la verdad.

Insgesamt trotzdem total in Ordnung für eine Nacht in Brüssel.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist super - nur ein paar Minuten und man ist „mitten drin“. Das Hotel selbst ist aber etwas ruhiger gelegen. Ruhiger - aber dennoch zentral.

Cons:

Nicht alle Angestellten waren super freundlich. Ich hatte beispielsweise mal die Frage, ob man sich beim Frühstück seinen Tisch einfach aussuchen kann. Ich sah niemanden und dachte mir daher, ich frage kurz bei der Rezeption, die auch direkt beim Frühstücksbereich ist. Als Hotel sollte man solche simplen Fragen meiner Meinung nach auch wissen. Als Antwort kam nur „hier ist die Rezeption und nicht das Frühstück - Sie müssen dort nachfragen“. Inhaltlich total okay - aber in einem freundlicheren Ton wäre die Info auch bei mir angekommen.

Although it’s valueless, it is also going to be a little plus more experience for me to choose hotels in the future.
Pros:

The view from the room is really nice. The shower is really good because the hot water is very stable. The decoration in the room is also has some unique design. And there is coffee machine in the room so we can have some coffee in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel has poor location actually. It has no supermarket nearby. And in the around area is lack of restaurant. We have to walk 20 minutes to get to the nearest Carrfour supermarket to get some groceries. And the nearest tram station and subway station also need take me at least 10 minutes to walk. And all the roads around the hotel is uphill and downhill so it was so exhausting especially we have fully loaded bags on our shoulders. And the room is not equipped with electric kettle, almost all the hotels has electric kettle in other European countries actually. And the hair dryer is broke and heavy to use. I said this because other hotels indeed offer less heavy and much better hair dryer.
