Personnel très agréable.
L’hôtel est bien placé et beaucoup d’attractions peuvent se faire à pied. Autrement, les transports sont à quelques minutes à pieds.

Nice clean room with a view
Pros:

Nice clean small room with a good bed and pillows and a nice view. Nice neighborhood.

Cons:

A little too small for 2 people bc there is no space for suitcases. For 1 person it was ok

Good hotel but some of the reception team could do a lot better.

Clean, good location, well appointed rooms.

Cons:

A few things. When reserving, the hotel refuses to confirm if you have a double or twin room. If this matters to you, choose another hotel. I asked more than once but they did not answer.

Number two, morning reception staff were not friendly. I went once during our four day stay to ask for creamer for hot drinks in our room, I asked to buy them. I wanted 6. The eye roll, the sigh, the reluctance. 50 cents worth. Come on! Lame.

Also some issues with scam WhatsApp messages. Booking.com reacted but hotel told me they would get back to me but didn’t.

Pros:

La clim en cette période de canicule meme si elle faisait du bruit. Les petites attentions dans la chambre. la bonne odeur des produits de douche.

Cons:

Un ascenceur très lent. Une chambre petite où le lit double prend toute la place. Les chambres plus grandes avaient des lits simples !!

mi aspettavo di meglio
Pros:

Si trova in buona posizione e dalla nostra camera al quinto piano si poteva apprezzare una discreta veduta di Bruxelles.
l'arredamento è bello.

Cons:

Il sistema di condizionamento è rumoroso e questo non è accettabile in un hotel di questo livello. Ho chiesto se ci fosse una soluzione per non sentire quel il rumore e mi è stato risposto di abbassarlo o spegnerlo. L'ho dovuta spegnere per dormire.
Nella camera non c'è un mini frigo, una bottiglia d'acqua al bar ha il prezzo di 5 € e, se non la bevi subito, la bevi calda.
In compenso c'è un sistema di accensione della TV attraverso un tablet ma non ci sono e non vengo neppure date istruzioni per usarlo.
