Hotel is ok, maar er bestaat voor die prijs beter
Pros:

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Hotel kan wel wat renovatie gebruiken (lift, tapijt in de gang etc). We hadden een kamer met 2 aparte bedden geboekt en die was niet beschikbaar bij aankomst. Beetje vervelend dus.

Chambre, propre et confortable, bien situé, personnel, serviable et courtois

L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel courtois. Le petit salon où on peut s’installer tranquillement sans être dérangé était génial.

Cons:

Le seul bémol, pas d’ascenseur car il était brisé. Nos valises a été montées par le personnel au deuxième étage d’un escalier en colimaçon. Merci. Cependant, il a fallu qu’on les descende. C’est souvent le cas dans les établissements que nous avons visité en Europe. Y a-t-il pénurie de réparateur?!

Han var så nederen ham der stod ved reception
Han var flabet og ikke flink overhovedet til sidst sagde han vi skulle finde et andet hotel og han sagde jeg var en luder og alt muligt

Dormir a buen precio en Bruselas pero sin nada más.
Pros:

Ubicación, relación calidad precio. La habitación estaba bien.

Cons:

Escaleras de subida a la habitación, 2 pisos con las maletas y la recepción ( no dan nada de información de wifi ni nada). La ducha resbala muchísimo.

Cons:

Ascensor estropeado toda la estancia en edificio de 7 plantas y parece que es habitual. Aire acondicionado muy muy muy ruidoso. Desayuno absolutamente mejorable y con mal servicio. Calor sofocante en la habitación a pesar del aire acondicionado. Escaleras de caracol para subir y bajar con las maletas. Si vais más de dos personas, el tercero duerme en un sofá cama con un colchón duro solo apto para espaldas jóvenes.

It was ok.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, the reception, how clean and nice it was.

Cons:

The mattress were on top of the bed and kept slipping. Also it was a lot of noise during the night and early morning, made by other guests that would keep moving the furniture. Like it was so noisy that even with my earbuds it was distrubing my sleep. Also the price for the days with the BTS concert were like 702 euros while normal they would have been like 321 euros.

Happy to come and stay again.
Pros:

The Scott is a great place... cozy and in a great location, whether you wanted to explore south of Brussels or the city centre. The room was great (but a little noisy from the A/C vent). But Jonathan was excellent at accommodating us. The breakfasts superb with a choice of continental or full english breakfast.

Cons:

Just would have been nice to have a quieter room, but we acclimated and loved our stay regardless.
