Un errore può capitare, ma la gestione della situazione è stata poco professionale.
Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per una trasferta di lavoro, prenotando e pagando anticipatamente 5 camere matrimoniali uso singolo con terrazza con vista.
Al momento del check-in, effettuato di sera, ci è stato comunicato che le camere disponibili erano soltanto 4. La motivazione fornita è stata che la struttura avrebbe, inizialmente ed erroneamente, inserito uno degli ospiti su due camere e, senza alcuna verifica preventiva, avrebbe cancellato una delle prenotazioni e riassegnato la stanza. Questa spiegazione lascia più di qualche perplessità. Se davvero fosse sembrato un errore, sarebbe stato sufficiente contattarci prima dell'arrivo per chiedere conferma. Invece, ci siamo trovati di fronte al fatto compiuto, nonostante la prenotazione fosse regolarmente confermata e già saldata. A tarda sera, con un gruppo di lavoro e dopo una giornata impegnativa, cambiare struttura non era una soluzione praticabile. Di conseguenza, due colleghi sono stati costretti a condividere una camera, situazione decisamente inaccettabile considerato quanto prenotato e pagato.
La struttura ha offerto la colazione come gesto di scuse, ma nel nostro caso il convegno del giorno successivo, prevedeva già la colazione per i partecipanti, quindi il rimedio è risultato poco significativo rispetto al disagio subito.
Ulteriore delusione riguarda le camere assegnate. Avevamo prenotato tutte camere matrimoniali con terrazza e vista, come indicava la disponibilità su Booking, ma solo una stanza era conforme alle caratteristiche della prenotazione.
Le altre stanze erano tutt'altro che con terrazza e vista. Una era situata praticamente in un sottoscala, un'altra al piano terra, la terza al primo piano ma senza terrazza.
L'addetto alla reception ci ha comunicato che il manager provvederà a effettuare un rimborso per il disservizio. Abbiamo inoltre richiesto copia della fattura e ci è stato riferito che verrà inviata via e-mail.

Bed was too soft for my taste.
More plugs would have been useful to charge laptop and use electric device in the bathroom.

Nice stay despite a small issue.
Pros:

Very welcoming people at the reception especially on the day of the check out. The room was clean.

Cons:

We had a small incident where one of the items (newly bought sun cream ordered via Amazon) had disappeared and we have no explanations on how it happened. Apparently the head housekeeper checked everywhere and couldn't find it. The issue is not the value of the item but the fact that things could disappear.
