Pros:

Excelente el servicio. El personal muy amable, la comida excelente, la alberca muy limpia y de buena temperatura. Las habitaciones muy limpias. Mucho silencio, se descansa muy bien. Una excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Los aparatos del gimnasio no funcionan muy bien, las toallas de la alberca estaban muy viejas, alguna rota.

Desde que llegas el personal es muy amable.
La habitación es amplia y limpia.
Las instalaciones están cuidadas y la alberca limpia y con calefacción.
La ubicación del hotel te permite moverte a diferentes plazas y hay variedad de restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

Los colchones y almohadas no son muy cómodas. Se escuchan los audios de las habitaciones contiguas y el ruido de la avenida.
Podría mejorar la iluminación del área de la alberca donde están los juegos de niños ya que en la noche está bastante obscuro, si pusieran música le daría un plus.
El servicio de los meseros podría mejorar si se acercaran a ofrecer bebidas / snacks.

Muy satisfecha !
Pros:

Me gusto que por ser temporada baja pudimos disfrutar de la alberca a nuestras anchas, el agua estaba tibia lo cual permite disfrutar más , la comida, el clericót y el café delicioso todo , la señorita Vianey del restaurante nos atendió muy muy bien, excelente atención de su parte.
La habitación súper limpia y con vista al jardín en la noche lo iluminan, , de la tele nos costó verla por los canales pero un chico de recepción atendió nuestras dudas muy amablemente. Muy bonitas las instalaciones, sin duda regresaré .

Cons:

Que pongan otros dos jabones, éramos tres personas y solo había dos jabones.

Pros:

Las albercas con temperatura muy agradable. Las habitaciones espaciosas. Nos proporcionaron cuna para bebé. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Las toallas de las albercas aunque están limpias huelen raro. Tal vez les convenga usar suavizante o algo que les cambie el aroma.
