Las personas super amables, buena atención, muy buena comida, todo muy limpio, buen entretenimiento para niños.

Cons:

Fuimos en Mayo, el agua estaba muy fría incluso en area de niños, fuimos a la alberca del spa, que solo aceptan niños en la mañana, y estaba un poco mejor aunque también fría. Lamentablemente nos toco frio en Mayo y no había mucho que hacer con las albercas frías.

Tolles Familien-Resort am Strand
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel besonders für Familien weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – von der Rezeption bis hin zum Animationsteam. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Preise im gesamten Hotel waren fair und angemessen. Das Essen war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes, wir hatten Halbpension.

Tolle Poolanlage und schöner Strand, ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Zudem bietet das Resort eine vielzahl an Aktivitäten an für Gross und Klein.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und einem engagierten Team.

Cons:

Kleine Abstriche gab es lediglich bei der Dusche, da der Wasserdruck etwas stärker sein könnte. Ausserdem könnten einige Teile der Zimmereinrichtung nach und nach erneuert werden. Parkplätze sind zwar vor dem Hotel vorhanden, allerdings ist es manchmal Glückssache, einen freien Platz in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Diese Punkte haben unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.

Ok for småbarnfamilier, men dårlig mat.

Cons:

Buffeten hadde et stort utvalg av retter, noe som i utgangspunktet virket lovende. Dessverre falt svært lite av maten i vår smak. Etter vår oppfatning var mange av rettene unødvendig kompliserte, med mange ingredienser og smaker som ikke harmonerte godt. Vi ville foretrukket færre retter med større fokus på kvalitet og gode råvarer.

Flere av produktene ga også inntrykk av å være basert på frosne eller ferdigproduserte varer, noe som var skuffende (spesielt dessert). Med tanke på prisen vi betalte for oppholdet, hadde vi forventet en betydelig høyere kvalitet på mattilbudet.

Selv om utvalget var stort, opplevde vi dessverre ikke at kvaliteten stod i forhold til prisen. Vi syntes det var vanskelig å finne sunn mat til ungen, endte opp med å bare spiste pasta for det meste.

Platne lezanki nad plaza, jedyne spokojne miejsce do odpoczynku, za 50€ za dzien

Rozpadające sie meble, olbrzymia ilosc dzieci, wrzask, biegają doslownie miedzy nogami.

Great beach and food, but noisy and family-focused.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent first-line location with direct access to a truly beautiful beach: clear water, soft sand, and only a few minutes from the room to the sea. The territory is clean and pleasant, the restaurant is very spacious with many tables inside and outside, and breakfast and dinner were generally very good, with a wide choice of food, fresh orange juice, decaf coffee, good grilled fish, excellent desserts, and outstanding pizza that was honestly on the level of a good Italian pizzeria. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very large bed, good mattress and pillows, working air conditioning, nice shower gel/shampoo/conditioner, and we appreciated that the hotel placed us farther away from the main stage area after I mentioned that sleep quality was important.

Cons:

The hotel felt extremely family-oriented and entertainment-heavy, with many children, shallow busy pools, loud animation, music and shows throughout the day and often until around 10:30–11:00 PM, so guests looking for a calm holiday should definitely request a room away from the main pool and stage. Some details need improvement: sunbeds are often reserved with towels for hours while nobody uses them, beach sunbeds are paid separately, drinks are overpriced for quite basic quality, dinner water/tea charges were inconsistent, the spa is small, the jacuzzi functions did not work, and the heated pool was not very warm. In the room and buffet there were also small but noticeable issues: the balcony drying rack was too small, the wardrobe door was broken, there were no slippers, the water jug was impractical, the TV system was outdated with no Smart TV/Chromecast, the air conditioning felt underpowered compared to the 18°C setting, smoked salmon appeared only a couple of times, the toasters were slow household-style ones, some bread/rolls were touched by guests or handled without gloves, some fruit was served with skin on, and too much oil was used at the grill station.

Great value for money, and exellent stay for families
Pros:

We had one of the most amazing stays in a hotel ever. The place is clean, amenities are excellent, food selection was superb, activities for guests and kids were really interesting, great location as it is beach front and nearby a lot of restaurants, and staff were absolutely gracious. We highly recommend this to any family that is planning a vacation in Mallorca

Cons:

Maybe the pillows could be improved and availability of a coffee machine. But other than that everything was excellent.

Más que un diez...
Pros:

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, Jaume y Marga en recepción un diez, una cálida bienvenida nada más llegar. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la comida estaba muy buena y mucha variedad. L@s camarer@s del restaurante siempre con una buena postura y te quitan los platos de la mesa, en el buffet de desayuno y cena, con una sonrisa! Fue la primera vez y ya estamos mirando de volver. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa!!!
