keine Klimaanlage. Wir mussten mit offenen Fenster schlafen, durch die Lage an sehr befahrener Straße und Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Hotel,war es mit offenen Fenster sehr laut.Auch fehlte mir ein zwetes Kissen zum Schlafen.

Frühstück, aber für den Preis ok

In heißen Nächten wünscht man sich eine Klimaanlage. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist bei der Lage keine Option.

Die Toilettenbrille ist sehr von Urin verfärbt

Con l' innalzamento delle temperature (c' erano 31 gradi senza escursione termica) ho sofferto molto la mancanza dell' aria condizionata. Inoltre un bollitore in stanza sarebbe stato gradito

Cambio di asciugami dopo il 2° giorno di soggiorno oppure dare qualche asciugamano in più.
Pulire sotto il letto quando viene riassettata la camera durante il soggiorno per eliminare la polvere.
Aggiungerei qualche dolce in più nella colazione.
Sono consigli più che critiche.

Der Frühstücksraum war aufgrund seiner kleinen Größe schon etwas stickig und warm. Aber das nur als ganz kleines Minus ;-)

After arrival it turned out that my COMFORT Twin ensuite (i was traveling alone as a girl for my work so made sure that Im as safe and comfy as possible) is a two room family ensuite with the doors in between the bedrooms locked. I was with other people in the same ensuite, and we had just basic cardboard door next to our beds separating us! Of course the doors next to the TV were not visible in the listing. When I arrived and unlocked my doors I got scared because it sounded as if the people were talking in my room. After i turned on Tv they stopped talking because, probably, they were surprised about us coexisting in such intimacy as well, our beds were like 2 meters apart… Since I heard them talk, sneeze and yawn so well, I went to the reception asking to fix it. They said that they are fully booked and thats why they separated a bigger ensuite to accommodate more customers 🙃 When I told them that I’m feeling uncomfortable and that the most basic lock on that door could be lock picked in few seconds, they told me that their customers are usually business class so I shouldn’t be scared… and when I said that I wont be able to watch tv before bed because i don’t want to disturb them, reception told me not to worry and do whatever i want, and watch my TV at night, which is so insensitive towards other guests. And besides that, the room was so COLD!!! I turned on a heater thing in the bathroom and tried to keep the door open so it warms at least a little, sadly i didnt want to keep the heater on while im away so had to come back to a cold room. Overall, i booked the more expensive option and have been never more disappointed than now

I was bitten by bedbugs. It’s a sad fact.
