Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamupala oli hyvä. Huone rauhallinen ja pimennysverhojen sekä rullaverhon kanssa sen sai hyvin pimennettyä. Saunaosasto on siisti ja poreamme ihana lisä oleskeluun.

Huoneeseen kaipaisin jääkaappia.

Hintava huone joka ei ollut sen arvoinen, meni kuitenkin kun siellä ei tarvinnut kuin nukkua.
Pros:

Aula ja ravintola olivat siistit ja uudenaikaiset. Palvelu oli hyvää. Aamupala oli hyvä ja runsas. Ilmainen parkkihalli plussaa.

Cons:

Huone oli jotenkin tunkkainen, tyynyt sängyssä perunasäkkejä, huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia ja vedenkeitintä/ teetä/pikakahvia. Huoneen sisustus kaipaisi päivittämistä, samoin sänky ja peitot ja tyynyt. Suihkukaappi ei ole tätä päivää ja oli ahdas.

Vakiopaikka Forssassa. Kiva terassi, standard huone käy normaaliin yöpymiseen, aamupala hyvä ja pysäköinti ok. Hyvä ravintola ja mukava henkilökunta.

Henkilökunta super! Hyväntuulista ja toiveisiin reagoitiin heti. Ravintolan ruoka hyvää.

Ensimmäisenä aamuna jouduin huomauttamaan aluslakanassa olleesta reiästä, lakana vaihdettiin heti.
Ensimmäisenä aamuna aamiaisella gluteenittomat leivät homeessa.
Ystvn huoneesta löytyi lattialta suolapähkinöitä ja jokin tahmainen tahra.

Ok hotel, centerly located as base for trails/ excursions nearby and far. Nice/adequate buffet breakfast included in price.

Cons:

Faint & scatchy Wifi signal over ALL different devices (including a PC)... practically NON existant throughout the day...Staff was unhelpful, inattentive and gave somewhat disrespectful answers - yes, we did type it right; yes, we did try to shut down and turn back on...yes, we did run an uploading speed check...- seriously, that's what you have to say instead of really trying to check it? It's like we were to tell you use some more bleach to better clean the mold stains in the bathroom (a suggestion)....
