Great location and staff, but poor soundproofing and an uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to MBK, Siam, public transportation, shopping areas, and many restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The property was generally clean, the room size was adequate, and overall it offered good value for money.

Cons:

The main issue was the poor soundproofing between the rooms. Noise from nearby rooms was clearly audible, and on some nights it was disturbing enough to affect my sleep. The sound insulation definitely needs improvement. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable and unstable; even a small movement from one person caused the entire bed to shake, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was also quite average and could benefit from more variety and better quality.
