Pros:

El desayuno supero mis expectativas, ya que había variedad de platos y uno mas rico que el otro. Teniamos todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta, ya que el loft ofrece de todo. Excelente servicio y atención. Y la insonorización de las ventanas me encantó ya que no entraba el sonido de la 9 de Julio.

Cons:

Como para poner algo:
Entraba mucho ruido desde los pasillos del edificio. Al ser tan alto el lugar, se proyectaban más las voces de las personas que estaban en los pasillos.

La ubicación, cercano a hitos importantes del casco histórico de la ciudad

Cons:

Que no hubiese limpieza incluida, hay que contratarla aparte, afortunadamente por la cantidad de días nos regalaron la limpieza de cortesia

My First Stay in Buenos Aires Was Great!
Pros:

Unique doublex design that is not popular for hotels, and good view through the balcony and windows. Good access to restaurant and transportation.

Cons:

For those who are sensitive to noise, it is noisy for resting. I didn't have problem, since I don't have any problem with using ear plugs!

Un día distinto
Pros:

Es muy lindo tener 2 pisos y la ubicación es buena. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El colchón es viejo y la ducha está colocada muy abajo. Mi novio se debió agachar.
Quisimos dormir una siesta y justo al lado comenzaron a golpear la puerta a full y era personal de limpieza.
Al estar frente a 9 de julio hay muchos sonidos también.
Me enviaron muchos WhatsApps durante el día y era innecesario.

Would recommend as great value, v central and lovely staff

Pros:

Es ist extrem laut, wahrscheinlich die größte Strasse Argentiniens (18 Spuren!!) vor der Tür und dazu einfach verglaste Fenster die zudem nicht dicht schließen. Das wird dann auch frisch drinnen wenn draußen...!
Das Frühstückskonzept hört sich besser an als es ist: ca 50% was auf der Liste steht gibt es nicht, Geschirr gibt es für gemäß Belegung der Zimmer ... also 1 Tasse Kaffee für eine zweite müsste man sich beim Emofang melden (via WhatsApp) die dann die Damen (die wirklich nett sind!!!) nochmal vorbei schickt ... das dauert natürlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (auch was die "Küche" u d deren Ausstattung angeht - wen Lärm nicht stört - Grösse und Lage sind gut.
