Non conoscevo queste montagne e credo di essere capitata nel posto che in assoluto me le ha fatte apprezzare come nessun
Pros:

La struttura è stupenda per la varietà degli ambienti, per lo stile di arte e buon gusto e la gentilezza del personale. All’arrivo mi hanno dato una meravigliosa camera con upgrade rispetto a quella prenotata. Il ristorante oltre ad essere di ottimo livello ha un panorama mozzafiato sulle montagne, sala da pranzo calda ed accogliente. Colazione superba.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in einer der schönsten Regionen Südtirols

Es war alles perfekt: Zimmer mit sagenhaftem Blick , hervorragendes Frühstück( auch Extrawünsche werden
erfüllt) und sehr gutes Abendmenu mit mehreren Ausweichmöglichkeiten, wenn man irgend etwas nicht
möchte.

Cons:

Eigentlich fehlte nichts zur perfekten Erholung. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns, daß die Sanitäreinheiten
größtenteils in Schwarz gehalten sind , aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.

Hotel de charme dans le haut Adige
Pros:

Très bel hôtel au cœur d’un charmant petit village.
Superbe chambre, piscine bien intégrée dans cette ancienne demeure. Excellent repas le soir et petit déjeuner .

Cons:

Arrivée un peu chaotique: difficile de trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel puis le garage.

Soggiornare in un luogo antico, dove arte, cucina raffinata, spa molto accogliente ti coccolano

Not the Experience We Expected
Pros:

We stayed for one week in May 2026 at Romantik Turm, and unfortunately this visit became one of the most distressing experiences we have ever had while travelling as a family.Our 9‑month‑old baby had been crying earlier – something completely normal for an infant. A short time later, my wife was suddenly shouted at in the hallway on the second floor by another female guest. The shouting was so loud that it was heard all the way down at the reception on the ground floor, where staff later apologised to us for what had happened.What shocked us most were two sentences that carried a clearly discriminatory and xenophobic tone:
“You don’t belong here.”
and, directed at my wife who is an English native speaker:
“Do you even speak German?”My wife stood there with our baby in her arms, completely intimidated and shaken. From that moment on, we had to leave our room or the spa area every time this family appeared. We avoided the hotel during the day – and even skipped dinner – simply to prevent another confrontation. This is not a feeling of safety or comfort one expects in a hotel of this category.What affected us even more than the incident itself was the hotel’s reaction.
There was no support, no follow‑up, no protection offered to us.In our written complaint, the situation was downplayed. The hotel owner stated that such things can “happen”, that he would only intervene if things became physical, and that he “does not need us”.The hotel also claimed in writing that they had contacted the commander of the Carabinieri beforehand. We visited the Carabinieri ourselves today – they confirmed that the hotel did not contact them at any point.For us, this was a clear failure of duty of care, especially towards a mother with a baby.We travel a lot, but we have never felt so abandoned by a hotel.The full email correspondence with the hotel is available and can be provided if required.

What a special place.
Pros:

What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved the hotel. A fascinating building, art to look at on every wall, unique clean rooms with incredible views. Wonderful friendly staff, delicious food and a great spa. The area was also incredible, stunning views, a very fun golf course nearby, great walks and incredible local food. We really couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a truly special holiday:

Luxurious hotel in a stunning location
Pros:

Everything about the hotel is first class. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms exceptionally comfortable with the most breathtaking views. We are in the hotel for one lunch and two dinners and the food was absolutely delicious. The spa is amazing, I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed the pool and saunas. Can not recommend enough
