Die Lage des Hotels direkt, in der Innenstadt, neben der schönsten Einkaufsszone der Niederlande und dem Vrijthof, auf dem André Rieu seine unvergleichlichen Konzerte gibt, ist nicht zu schlagen.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, aber dennoch sauber. Trotz Stadtmitte ist das Hotel absolut ruhig und das Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Dinner sind sehr gut.

Helaas was er de dagen dat ik in maastricht verbleef een hitte golf temperaturen tot 39°c
Het appartement van mijn keuze had geen airco maar het managment heeft zijn uiterste best gedaan om mij een alternatief aan te bieden en verbleef ik in 3 verschillende ruime kamers,
Waarvoor mijn grote dank.

The interior of the hotel is very modern and sofisticated. A great location if you intend to be in the city center. Breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Besides the fact that everything in the hotel is overpriced for standard service and amenities, our room was paid for a month in advance, but was charged once more without out consent after leaving our credit card with hotel for valet parking. That is thievery and a complete breach of trust and has never happened to us in all our travels. We intentionally had everything paid for in advance, because our stay was short and we did not want to waste any time, but unfortunately, we ended up spending half the day providing banking evidence, statements, booking payment confirmations, writing mails to confirm that we already had a full payment processed. After they resolved the issue, we only got a mail saying oops, we made a mistake, here's your money back, which we are still waiting for. Very unprofessional!

location perfect for our Andre Rieu concert our room was lovely very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay in it we would definately choose to stay here again
