This hotel offers the highest standard of service in a beautiful setting within easy walking distance of Hvar town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are gorgeous and the view stunning.
As a fitness enthusiast I appreciated the very well equipped gym.
We were treated like royalty. I’ve rarely felt so well looked after in a hotel. From the cleaning staff, to the porters, to the wait staff and concierge, everyone was friendly, personable, helpful and warm. We were celebrating an anniversary and they went out of their way to spoil us.

From the minute we got off the ferry in Hvar the first class service started! We were greeted & our bags taken to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful & the service impeccable! There was an incident with a very rude guest & the manager Stan handled it calmly & effectively. I highly recommend this hotel & if in Hvar again will return!

Absolutely awesome hotel. The staff went overboard in meeting all of our needs. Perfect location -walkable to every destination. The manager- Stan was amazing as well. The views were spectacular, the included breakfast was delicious and this hotel was the only hotel that had a heated pool in our multi-destination Croatian vacation. The only negative was a guest on the 1st floor who complained about noise as I was talking with Stan- the manager in the lobby. (I don’t even think it was 10:00 pm.)
This was my favorite hotel, island, & experience. I would highly recommend it!

Hotel Moeesy was a wonderful place to stay while in Hvar. The staff are very kind and were consistently dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed make our 5-night stay enjoyable. The rooms and pool are excellent and the food/drinks are top notch. We cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Moeesy Hotel in May 2026 and truly enjoyed a splendid time with our family in beautiful Hvar.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful — elegant, serene, and perfectly designed to create a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. Every detail of the property reflects quality and sophistication, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything Hvar has to offer.

What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional level of service. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our family feel welcome and cared for. The service throughout our stay was truly excellent.

A very special thank you to Kristina, whose magnificent service made a real difference. She consistently went the extra mile for anything we needed, always with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience was outstanding.

Thank you to the entire Moeesy team for making our family stay so special. We leave Hvar with wonderful memories and would absolutely love to return.

- Very calm area, but close to the main area of the city
- Even when there were some construction works that prevented access to the hotel by car, they arranged an easy-to-find meetup and handled the car parking for us. Great service!

The property was beautiful with Lush trees and beautiful flowers. The pool was great but not heated so no one was swimming.

My wife and I were lucky enough to find Hotel Moessy when we took a two-week vacation south of Hvar in Croatia. There is reason to recommend this place to people who are really going to treat themselves for once.

This gorgeous hotel stands on a lovely spot away from all traffic with views of the nearby islands. Once inside the hotel grounds, there is neatness and beautiful design everywhere you look. There are perfect facilities for sunbathing, lovely small pools to cool off in, a great fitness room and a sauna.

The room was also lovely and elegantly furnished with a particularly good bed so we managed to sleep exceptionally well before breakfast, which is so varied and elaborate that we looked forward to going down to eat every single morning.

But above all, the staff were so exceptional that we found it difficult to say goodbye to them when our stay ended! From the first moment we felt so welcome and also saw beautiful cooperation between everyone who welcomes guests there with professionalism and joy.

Worst experience ever for a so called 5 star hotel: extremely noisy rooms without any insulation, bad hotel manager, no customer service at all.
Not to recommend and completely overpriced and overrated!

The staff couldn’t do enough!! I’ve never experienced anything like it. Kristina and Mia were SO attentive! Even after we had left, providing good local knowledge. This place is an absolute dream, from the furniture (being immaculate) to the standard of service- coming in your room twice a day. Outstanding. I did visit other hotels in Hvar town on arrival to satisfy myself I had made the right decision to pay the extra … & I can confirm… you WILL not regret it!

Good location, clean facilities, beautiful lemon trees and landscape. Great view of the garden and Adriatic Sea while having a meal. Concierge and front counter staff were all very helpful and contributing to a great stay.

Staff exceeded expectations, super supportive on all my requests!
