Hotel Moeesy, Blue & Green Oasis - Adults Only

Hotel Moeesy was the perfect stay to ring in our one year wedding anniversary. From the moment we approached the hotel, we knew we would be in for quite the treat. The grounds were immaculate, with beautiful vegetation all throughout. The hotel itself was also pristine, with modern touches throughout and cleanliness that couldn’t be beat.

Upon check in, every staff member we encountered were pleasant with smiles on their faces. Although everyone was great, I’d like to highlight Kristina. She is a true gem of Hotel Moeesy. She was very kind, sweet, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most memorable stay. She coordinated a boat day tour of the Pakleni islands which was fabulous. We also expressed our interest in wine and olive oil tastings, tour of the lavender fields, and a tour of Stari Grad. She curated the perfect itinerary for us and we had the most special day!

While at the hotel, we were able to enjoy the gym and the pool. The gym had everything you needed for an efficient workout and the pool area was very nice. I do wish the pool wasn’t heated because it was quite hot outside and it would’ve been nice to jump into a cooler pool. We unfortunately weren’t able to utilize the spa, but will try to next time. Breakfast at the hotel had plenty of options and was quite satisfying.

Although we stayed 4 nights at Hotel Moeesy, it didn’t feel like enough! My husband and I are already planning to visit Hvar again and will definitely be staying at Hotel Moeesy. It truly feels like a home away from home. Thank you everyone!!

We stayed here as our friends were getting married in Hvar. There’s nothing the hotel wouldn’t do to accommodate, even giving us an open space to hang the wedding dress.
The hotel is stunning and is situated in a beautiful part of Hvar. I would like to say a huge thank you in particular to Kristina & Mia for making our stay so special. We will be back for sure!

As soon as we arrived, the stunning hotel setting was a wow! We've stayed in some nice hotels in the past and this is certainly up there as one of the best! I fell in love with the outdoor seating area with views of the sea and the Islands incredible sunsets drinking cocktails!

The hotel is set in a stunning location with beautiful views and was located in a quiet spot with just a scenic 15 minute walk away from Hvar's main area where you can have a walk around and eat at one of the many restaurants there with views of the harbour. The hotel also offers a stress-free arrival experience with a baggage carrier waiting right at the ferry to handle your luggage and they also take your luggage back to the ferry when you leave.

The staff were very helpful and anything you needed they sorted it for you straight away. Kristina was very helpful in sorting out the extra special touches to the hotel room as the trip was for my husband's birthday and we had some delicious cheesecake and prosecco awaiting us!

The room was immaculate and very clean. We had a sea view balcony, and this did not disappoint as we had such beautiful views of the sunsets each night. The pool and sun lounger area were excellent as well with the infinity pool heated to a comfortable temperature so you didn't get that freezing cold experience when you got in.

Everything for our stay was perfect and couldn't fault anything. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly come back here again to stay.

What a hotel! A 10! Everything about it was exceptional from the grounds to the staff and the beautiful hotel itself! Special shout outs to Nicola, Christina the concierge/front office and Sara in the dining room and the pool. Everyone always with a smile and a reason the hotel is so terrific. Also, the housekeeping staff who were always outside our room in the morning to say hello.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful and excellent! Views were magnificent! Loved the tiered pool.
Arrival and departure was seamless.

This was truly a vacation hotel! And after traveling and sightseeing a chance to unwind. We loved the tiered pools, and beach access. Gorgeous views to the sea and not looking at the cruise ships in the port. The staff was friendly and helpful, , plentiful breakfast with great choices and great quality . Our room had two balconies with views of the sea and gardens. A great shower and I really loved the spa products, especially the body lotion in the shower. Set in a quiet location it was an easy and welcome walk into the more bustling "town" We stayed 3 nights and would have liked at least one more!!!

Amazing boutique hotel and very kind staff! The room was confi, the breakfast excellent. Parking on site, walking distance from the center. Great massage (one of the best we ever had), good gym. We highly recommend it to visitors! Thanks again

We were between Palace Elisabeth and Hotel Moeesy and were so happy we chose Hotel Moeesy. I am sure Palace Elisabeth would have been great but wow this hotel. The view, the amenities, the breakfast, every single thing was perfect.

What made this hotel special was the staff. Kristina the concierge was unbelievable - we were able to text via WhatsApp and she not only made recommendations but actually helped us book reservations at restaurants that had no availability. Both women at the front desk were great our entire stay and their boss 'Stan' was great.

If you are between hotels and this one is a little out of the budget, I recommend stretching the budget. It will be the most memorable hotel of the trip.

We chose Hotel Moeesy for a 40th birthday girls’ trip, and it exceeded every expectation. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our return!

The Highlights:
The Property: Gorgeous grounds, a beautiful suite with a perfect view, and a fantastic pool, sauna, and spa area. Clean, comfortable, and high tech rooms.

Dining: The breakfast and coffee options were the best we had in Croatia, easily competing with top 5-star hotels.

Location: An incredibly easy, scenic walk straight into town. They also offer baggage carrier from the ferry so a car service isn’t necessary if you don’t mind a 10 min walk.

Service: Extra warm, hospitable staff. The welcome balloons, bubbles, and cheesecake made the birthday feel incredibly celebrated.

A huge thank you to Kristina - her warmth and special touches made our trip truly unforgettable!

Beautifully refurbished the hotel is immaculate. The grounds are perfectly maintained. The 3 heated pools always a delight. What stands out is the attention the staff give each guest. In hospitality Angela and Sara provided service with a smile. Kristina the concierge was outstanding booking restaurants and providing great recommendations.
A wonderful 6 night stay - we will be back!

Beautiful location, clean spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast spread and amazing staff (especially Kristina, Jelena and Mia). Kristina, the concierge, is superb. She is a hard worker, professional and amazing with people. In addition, she was very kind and thoughtful in organizing some extras for my husband’s birthday.
The hotel is a nice 15 minute walk to town so you are in a very quiet and peaceful part of town.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat and very much look forward to our next stay!

This was the perfect location for us to explore the island. Everything we needed was in walking distance; the service at the hotel was outstanding and the breakfast each morning was so fresh and delicious. They have a great hotel gym
and a pool with some lovely views. We would definitely go back without hesitation.
