Pessimo!!
Pros:

Nada!!

Cons:

O chão estava imundo! Roupas de camas, toalhas muito usados e com manchas. As cortinas em pessimas condições e cheias de poeira. O aquecedor não funcionava.
Fizemos o check in e o atendente disse que não tinha troco e em seguida pediu que a gente cancelasse pelo booking que ele faria a reserva direto pra gente.

Great location
Pros:

Near to restaurants that remain open till 01:00 (certainly on a Sunday morning), which suits late arrivals to AEP!

Cons:

Breakfast was only served at 08:00 and I had to depart for the airport shortly after 07:00. Hotels close to AEP must remember why customers stay at their hotels!

La ubicación, el personal, y las camas cómodas.

Cons:

La verdad que nos desilusionó bastante el lugar. Para lo que sale, esperaba mucho más. El departamento estaba "bien", pero todo perdía agua. Cuando te duchabas, se inundaba el baño, literalmente charco. La canilla de la cocina perdía bastante, la abrí sólo para lavar un cuchillo y la mesada se mojó bastante. La heladera también perdía agua. La ducha salía tipo chorro, la flor de la ducha pedía a gritos un cambio. Los elementos de cocina eran un chiste, re pocas cosas.
El desayuno, el primer día tenía las facturas viejas, los churros no se podían morder. El segundo estuvo mejor pero podrían ponerle un poco más de onda, no era incomible pero sólo zafaba. El huevo revuelto estaba en una fuente, por ende frío. El jugo era de sobre. Y los cereales tenían bichitos.
La parte exterior parecía abandonada, y eso que fuimos en marzo y daba para aprovechar. La pileta no estaba habilitada.
En fin, por la relación calidad precio no vale la pena.

Pros:

La atención del personal y la ubicacion

Cons:

Los baños:Tapa del inodoro rota. No teníamos toalla.
Cicina: No funcionaba la pava eléctrica.
Día de la carrera no tuvimos desayuno ( estando en un lugar emblemático de carreras/ maratones).
Desayunador: con mermeladas, quesos, sin tapar ( todo se servía desde los mismos frascos). Huevos revueltos en una fuente con tapa, pero se enfríaba rápido ( deberían poner un horno para mantenerlo caliente). Grosines se en la mesa, puestos en el mísmo paquete del producto. Falta mejorar muchisimo en la cosas que ofrecen.
