Pros:

La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa pero no cuenta con heladerita. El colchón es excelente. El baño era muy grande y la ducha era espectacular. La ubicación está muy bien, a 5 minutos caminando de Sacre Coeur y a 50 metros de la estación de subte. Hay un McDonalds a 50 metros también.

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados en una habitación del 5to piso y el establecimiento no cuenta con ascensores. Cada vez que uno salía debía entregar la llave y al retornar no pedían ninguna documentación que acreditase la identidad.

tres bien pour court sejour, idealement situé
Pros:

Idealement situé (1min du metro, 5 min de la cigale, 10min du sacré coeur), quartier sur, personnel tres sympa, chambre spacieuse pour quelque nuits, propre, lit confortable, equipement de la chambre et salle de bain ok.

Cons:

pas d'ascenseur avec un escalier etroit et en colimacon (on etait au courant mais 4eme etage avec des valises enormes et lourdes ca a été difficile à la montée comme à la descente), heureusement le monsieur a l'accueil nous a aidé pour 1 valise à notre arrivée.
pas de clim dans la chambre, nous somme tombées en pleine canicule, heureusement un ventilo etait installé pour soulager un peu.

Good accomodation, in a nice location, with a caveat.
Pros:

The room was comfy, clean and good looking.
The bathroom is great... Very neat! Not big but not too small either.
The location is OK...Very conveniently located between the very lively area of The "Pigalle", and the access starts to the Mont Martre.
The hotel "per se" is barebones, so, basically, the nice room, its bathroom and the good location is, essentially, what you get.
Their staff are kind and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like finding out I'd have to take 3 suitcases upstairs, for 5 floors, in a very narrow staircase... And no, this hotel is 5 stories tall and it doesn't have an elevator.
Did I mention there's no air-conditioning in the rooms? That's the second hassle.
Well, it's true that nowhere in their listing they claim to have either (elevator and air-co)... So, it's not technically a cheat, but it's not too much forthcoming from their side, to not disclose those two "minor details" in their listing.

Pros:

Дуже сподобався готель — зручно, чисто, і ціна приємна для середнього бюджету. Розташування просто чудове: до метро 1 хвилина пішки. До Монмартра та Сакре-Кер приблизно 750 м, можна легко дійти пішки.
До Ейфелевої вежі зручне транспортне сполучення автобусом. Поруч знаходиться Опера Гарньє, а також у пішій доступності магазин Lafayette.
Вулиця, на якій розташований готель, тиха та спокійна, без барів і шуму, що дуже комфортно для відпочинку. Але варто лише звернути за ріг — і одразу потрапляєш у жваве міське життя. Це ідеальне поєднання: можна жити в тиші, але мати розваги зовсім поруч.

Perfekte Lage in Montmarte
Pros:

Lage! In Montmartre nahe der Metro Place Pigalle . Ringsum Restaurants , schöner Spaziergang zur Sacre Cœur. Parkettboden! 24 h Rezeption mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Zum ruhig Schlafen ideal- tolle Lage um Paris zu genießen.

Cons:

Wir hatten Glück und bekamen freundlicherweise ein Zimmer im 1. OG. Das Treppenhaus passt zum Zungenbrecher „Die Katze tritt die Treppe krumm“…

Ottima posizione e staff, pulizia da rivedere
Pros:

Le nostre aspettative erano molto alte, siamo stati felici di trovare posto in questo albergo soprattutto per la posizione, non avevamo pretese sulla grandezza della stanza o altri comfort, solo sulla pulizia, posizione e poter dormire in tranquillità. La struttura non è dotata di ascensore quindi scomodo per chi si sposta con zaini pesanti. Siamo arrivati a Parigi, in cui facevano 30 gradi, dopo dopo 6 ore di viaggio abbiamo salito personalmente al 4 piano, su per le scale la valigia grande, arriviamo in camera ed era sporca. Pur avendo avvisato dell orario del nostro arrivo. L’addetto della reception ci ha fornito subito un’ altra camera e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto, nei giorni successivi ci ha fornito anche altri cuscini più comodi e un ventilatore ( senza averlo chiesto). C’è stata la massima disponibilità da parte dello staff. A pochissimi passi dalla stazione di Pigalle, a pochi passi da ristoranti, Boulangerie, supermercati e da Montmartre! Consigliatissimo per la posizione.

Cons:

La stanza non era sporca ma il bagno (wc) andava pulito a fondo. Suggerisco una tenda più larga per isolare la luce del mattino e dare più attenzione alla pulizia. Per il resto la struttura nella sua semplicità ci e’ piaciuta. E la consigliamo!
