Loved the room, beautiful view, mall is close can take a nice walk restaurants, canal very nice.

Cons:

TV is placed in the wrong location can be hung in the air so you can turn it toward the sitting area or kitchen or bedroom can't see on the TV if curtain is open. The mirror at the table does not make sense because it is to high and you have to stand while using it.

Staff was helpfull.

Cons:

No tea, coffee in room, had to request. Not enough towels. Had to request towels both days. No extra blankets available. DSTV not working kept on loading. No proper cutlery. No table or dish cloths. No bathrobes as advertised in pictures. Sliding door could not open. No bowls for chips etc. No direct line to phone for request. Whatsapp link that first struggled to load and then response on it was slow.
