Propreté et confort literie
Hotel calme, chambre propre, personnel très sympathique
la chambre était un peu petite avec vue sur une usine désaffectée mais du coup c'était très calme. la déco est un peu datée
Situation proche des commerces (centre commercial), chambres confortables et un super petit déjeuner.
On peut manger le soir sur place, le room service est servi en chambre ou en salle, sinon une bonne pizzéria est presque juste en face ou un restaurant Argentin juste à côté.
Accueil professionnel et chaleureux.

L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé, beaucoup de passage sur l'avenue...
Des gens dans la chambre d'à côté absolument irrespectueux qui ont fait du bruit toute la nuit... nous n'avons quasiment pas dormis.
Nous avions un apt avec 1 chambre avec un acces direct a l’exterieur avec terrasse privé. L’acces a l’autoroute pour passer la nuit avant d’aller au ski
Séjour très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix, il y avait du monde au petit déjeuner mais c'était bien achalandé, les chambres étaient très propres, la literie très confortable.

The gentleman at reception on the morning we left was amazing. He spent time with an enquiry of ours which really, really helped our onward journey. His customer service was amazing.

Absence de borne d accueil automatique en dehors des heures de réception.
Odeur (parfum produit nettoyant ou odeur du précédent occupant ?).
Tout paraît ancien « dans son jus » mal aéré, mais en fait tout est propre , fonctionnel et confortable. Certaines parties sont mêmes récentes. C est principalement les circulations qui sont anciennes qui donnent cette mauvaise impression.
Hôtel en sous fréquentation, et malgré cela on m a mis un voisin dans la chambre juste a coté. Problème d isolation acoustique, le placard a l entrée de la chambre est très bruyant.
Les chambres à l arrière donnent directement sur la voie de chemin de fer. Heureusement peu de passage de train.
