Es war eine wunderschöne Lage und ein sehr schönes Haus

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal - Wellnessbereich lässt aber zu wünschen übrig
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Schloss und Orangerie direkt an der Müritz. Das Personal war immer total freundlich und professionell. Essen in den beiden Restaurants (a la Cart und 3-Gang-Menu) sehr lecker. Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
Hatten Seeblick gebucht, gern Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht.
Parkplatz direkt vor Ort gegen Aufpreis.
Nicht weit entfernt gibt es einen Anleger für Bootsausflüge.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Fliesen mit Rissen. Der dunkle Duschvorhang schluckt alles Licht, so dass man im Dunklen steht.

Der Wellness-Bereich ist ausbaufähig. Etwas altbacken, ohne Flair. Lediglich ein Becken - ohne Whirl, Massagesusche oÄ. Saunabereich war spartanisch, Dusche ging nicht kälter als lauwarm. Ruhebereich gerade geschlossen. Außerdem war selten Personal am Spa-Desk zum Ansprechen da, um sich mal wegen Anwendungen beraten zu lassen. Gestellter Tee wurde nicht aufgefüllt, wenn leer.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage.
Wir waren in der Orangerie und hatten einen Balkon. Die Aussicht auf die Müritz war wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Der Balkon ist sehr unsauber. Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn fehlt, man kann komplett in die Zimmer schauen.
Für das Abendessen muss man schon 2 Stunden bei HP einplanen. Essen schmeckt gut.
Preis Leistung für den Aufenthalt passt aber nicht.

Schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel das sich direkt am See in einer sehr guten Lage befindet in sie nähe befinden sich mehrere kleine Restaurants. Besonders gut hat mir der Wellnessbereich gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut gefallen hat mir auch die Hotelterasse mit Blick auf den See,

Man durfte nur draußen an nicht gedeckten Tischen sitzen und es war nicht überdacht.
Der Hund hat 25,00 € gekostet und das war nicht angemessen.
