Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Supertolles und sehr frisches Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Alles sehr liebevoll hergerichtet, sehr schöner Garten, schöne und geschmackvolle Zimmer, topaussicht

Cons:

Der Weg zum Hotel ist abenteuerlich, zu schmale Straßen. Zu steiler Abhang.

Ein tolles Erlebnis in jeder Beziehung! Größtes Lob und Empfehlung!!
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig. Absolut fantastisch. Und nur 50 Km zum Airport Malaga. Optimal.
Ebenso toll ist das Restaurant mit excellentem Angebot und sehr gutem Service.

BAR STAFF AND FOOD WERE EXCELLENT. THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS GOOD. THE OUTSIDE AREAS WERE PLEASANT AND RELAXING.
THE ROOM WAS NICELY FURNISHED AND THERE WERE FACILITES FOR TEA/COFFEE MAKING ALTHHOUGH MILK WAS`NT SUPPLIED

THE CHECK IN FEMALE GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT (OVER OUR 2-DAY STAY) EVERYTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE HAD TO WAIT WHEN SHE WAS READY TO CHECK IN AND WITHOUT A GOOD AFTERNOON GREETING. WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM KEY BUT NOT SHOWN TO OUR ROOM
BREAKFAST WAS A MEDIOCRE BUFFET AFFAIR AND WE WERE LEFT TO OUR OWN DEVICES - NEVER DID FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE COFFEE MACHINE AND THE TOASTER SLOWLY HEATED THE BREAD UNTIL IT WAS LIKE BISCUITS

A wonderful experience
Pros:

The whole experience at this hotel was exceptional. The views, parking facilities, room with a view and balcony were the first delights which greeted us. The wonderful experiences just kept coming with lovely smiling and helpful staff on hand, great food in the restaurant and a silence and connection with nature which restored both mind and body.

Ambiente acogedor y sin complicaciones. Ubicación fenomenal

Cons:

Incursión de las limpiadoras en la habitación mientras que estábamos dentro. Se. Abren las puertas sin que le hayamos colgado el aviso. También el servicio de mantenimiento hizo obra en el cuarto de baño sin que se nos haya avisado antes.

Una pena podría haber sido magnífico

Las vistas y la localización

Cons:

Nunca habíamos ido en temporada alta y la piscina estaba sucia. El spa tuvimos que devolver las dos sesiones que cogimos porque estaba asquerosa el spa. De hecho no dijeron utilizado ni habían limpiado. Por ello estuvimos un día más de Hotel, ya que siendo perderíamos el reembolso que hicimos del spa y bueno las hamacas estaban rotas no había suficiente para todas las personas que habían allí. El desayuno lo cerraron antes de tiempo y otra vez casi lo abrieron media hora tarde, porque la persona encargada no estaba pusieron la chacina y cosas del otro día sin renovar la verdad que es una pena que un sitio tan encantador este tan falta de personal y mantenimiento ya que podría haber sido mucho mejor la estancia para mí y para las personas que estaban allí ya que se quejaban de lo mismo

Pros:

Excelentes vistas de la sierra. Hotel con encanto, la habitación enorme y la cama comodísima. El desayuno expectacular y la piscina estupenda.

Cons:

En el desayuno en la terraza había bastantes avispas. Algunos huespedes reservaban las hamacas de la zona de la piscina colocando sus toallas desde primera hora de la mañana para ocuparlas mucho mas tarde.
