Great location with friendly staff with rooms overlooking an old zoo!
Pros:

Very convenient to the station and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast had everything we needed and it was nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

Everything was fine. The hotel seems a bit tired especially their towels but we slept well and had a good breakfast. I thought charging 10 euros per suitcase to store for a couple of hours was a bit rich.

Fabulous stay, with comfortable rooms and lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel was fabulous! It was very clean, very comfortable and the staff were extremely polite and helpful too. The hotel was full of charm and character and we were also very fortunate that one of the rooms we booked was upgraded to the Junior Suite room for the same fee. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice having a table per room. It was calm and quiet in the breakfast room, so a lovely way to start the day. The hotel was located opposite the train station, which was perfect for us as we were travelling on an interrailing trip and stopped over in Karlsruhe to break the journey. Although the hotel/train station is about a 25 minute walk from the old town and centre of Karlsruhe (or a short tram ride), unlike most towns and cities, the area by the train station seemed and felt the nicest part of the city. It was a lovely, clean and quiet location, and with the zoo directly over the road behind the hotel, it was a lovely environment and you could hear the animals from the room! Very cool! Thank you to the hotel for a lovely stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like at the hotel. The only thing that would be nice is a kettle in every room so that you can make a cup of tea in the evening.

Recommend for 1-2 nights for convenience and location
Pros:

Centrally located but the hotel has seen better times! Room interior and bathroom is very old-fashioned. Breakfast was great, personal very friendly and helpful.

Die Lage, allerdings nicht mit Zimmer Richtung Bahnhosvorplatz

Cons:

Der parfümierte Teppichboden in einem Raucherzimmer, welches ich abgelehnt habe . Das andere Zimmer war auch muffig, der Schreibtisch mit Kerzenwachs verschmiert, das Bad extrem klein und alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Von den Fenstern außen platzt die Farbe ab.

Really enjoyed my show stay and will definitely come back in the future.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel full of character. Great location near the main station. Trams etc on the doorstep. Room clean and comfortable and a delicious breakfast to be had.

All good no adverse comments.
