Falsche Angaben in Buchungsportalen
Pros:

Habe das Hotel schoneinmal gebucht aufgrund der guten Lage.
Mein Zimmer war sauber,
das personal im restaurant sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Obwohl in Buchungsportalen damit geworben wird, gibt es keine Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Nicht einmal Klimageräte wurden bereitgestellt. Sodass während der Hitzewelle bei Anreise um 19.00, der Vorhang im Zimmer nur halb zugezogen, fenster geschlossen die Zimmertemperatur bei 30 Grad lag.
Der zu öffnende fenserflügel behindert den Fernsher. Das Zimmer liegt direkt über dem Biergarten und ist im Sommer daher unvermietbar.
Beim Fernseher gibt es ein Limit der Lautstärke um Ruhestörung zu vermeiden, Ruhestörung / Biergarten? das fenster zu schliessen war keine Option, da die geräusche aus dem Biergarten dennoch deutlich zu hören waren und das Zimmerbei geschlossenem Fenster aufgrund der überhitzten Raumtemperatur dann unbewohnbar war
der Biergarten wurde auf meine Bitte an der Rezeption um 23.30 dann nach innen verlegt. Danke lieber rezeptionist.

Eine Schließzeit für den Biergarten wäre zu erwarten, wenn doch auch das TV - gerät zum Lärmschutz geräuschreduziert läuft.

Ontvangst onvriendelijk kamer erg klein smalle deur naar wc/douch niet schoon. Kamer naast restaurant zicht op de dak. Erg verouderd. Geen mini koelkast geen koffie of thee voorziening in de kamer. Parkeer geld vragen terwijl op de straat gratis was. Erg simpel ontbijt . Als je via Booking.com boekt heb je altijd slechtste kamer

ガーデンビューと合ったのにホテルの設備が主に見える部屋だった。遠くの山はよく見えた。
化粧室にシルバーフィッシュが住んでいた。
元の金額の部屋のレベルではないと思った。割引後の金額を考えると清潔さ以外は納得。
冷房はない。

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist sehr gut. Der kleine Park rund ums Hotel wirkt sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Diese Athmosphäre fehlt dem Hotel. Sehr nüchtern. Ein reines Tagungshotel. Dadurch auch beim Frühstück Hektik.

Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden wohl wieder kommen.

Tolles Frühstück, wo nichts gefehlt hat.

Een groot (conferentie-) hotel, wel verouderd. Het ontbijt was heel goed, lijkt wel op een brunch! De fietsen konden we stallen in de parkeergarage.

Cons:

Dat de kamer zo warm/benauwd was en dat er geen ventilator aanwezig was op de kamer, zou wel heel fijn geweest zijn.
