Angenehmer Aufenthalt, würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist modern, hell, einladend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Der Self Check in war für mich etwas knifflig. Ich hatte Glück es war noch eine Dame an der Rezeption und die hat mir geholfen .

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind mit Produkten von Rituals ausgestattet

Cons:

Dicker Staub und Spinnweben in den Vorhängen. Keine Toilette im Eingangsbereich ausser im 1. Stock befindet sich eine beim Frühstücksraum.

Sinkende Frühstücksqualität und schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eines sonst soliden Hotels.
Pros:

Sauberkeit. Service. Balkon (mit Einschränkungen). Lage (bezogen auf unseren Reisgrund).

Cons:

Wir erachten uns als Stammgäste in diesem Hotel und bislang hatte uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch immer zugesagt, insbesondere bei unseren Buchungen, die mit einem Event verbunden waren (z.B. Drachenfelsbahn oder der Besuch eines Schokoladenherstellers). Zusätzliche Kosten für ein (leider nicht überdachtes) Balkonzimmer, für einen Tiefgaragenplatz und die Bettensteuer erhöhen den Übernachtungspreis dann fast nochmal um die Hälfte. Das war u.E. früher anders und besser, insbesondere bei den „Event-Paketen“. Das Frühstücksbuffet bewegt sich nur noch im 2-3 Sterne-Bereich.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Zimmer modern, großzügig und gemütlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles vorhanden, was man erwartet.

Cons:

Etwas merkwürdig war der Check-in am Terminal.
Ich ziehe Hotels mit Kontakt mit echten Menschen vor. Das relativiert den Preis wieder.
Werde ich beim nächsten Mal beachten und ist ein Grund ein paar Euro mehr für ein anderes Hotel zu zahlen.

Eine schöne Auszeit
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Wanderungen ins Siebengebirge in und kulturelle Unternehmungen, wie ein Besuch des Wohnhauses von Adenauer.
Man kann Bummeln und gut Essen gehen, z. B. im Bistro Ludwig. Der Martini Markt ist sehr schön, wenn auch recht voll.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das WLan im Zimmer funktionierte gar micht.

Zentral gelegen und sauber.

Cons:

Kein Mensch an der Rezeption, elektronisch einchecken. .....ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkgebühren mit 19€ pro Tag völlig überteuert.
Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben.
Rundum Baustelle. Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den Bagger.

Das Bett Kissen und Decke waren großartig! Auch die Rituals pflegedusche und allgemein die Einrichtung des Zimmers waren spitze!
