Première fois que très déçu après tant d'années d'activités avec Booking.com
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain très bien à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Hôtel impersonnel, personne à la réception ; tout automatique : enregistrement, paiement taxe (menge), carte pour clé chambre, carte pour éclairage, carte pour entrée garage, autre carte pour sortie garage qui ne s'ouvre pas toujours.
Mais surtout chambre et salle de bain non faites 2 jours sur 3. Après réclamation, une dame m'a répondu : dans notre établissement, on ne fait les chambres que 1 jour sur 2 !!! Jamais entendu cela en 70 ans de voyages...
Prix du déjeuner : 16 €, pour repas complet, mais pas de réduction si on ne prend qu'un petit pain et un café !

Wir waren wieder gerne da.
Pros:

Top nettes Personal. Besonders möchte ich das Team Frühstück loben. Sehr zuvorkommend, obgleich es vor allem im Servicebereich eine echte Herausforderung war. Streckenweise einfach zu viele Menschen für das kleine Team.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück in der Stoßzeit eine Person mehr im Service wäre kein Fehler.

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Lage war gut und es gab einen TG Stellplatz. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Zimmer im EG mit Blick auf Baustelle/Brache (?), viel zu warm im Sommer, keine Klimaanlage. Fenster im EG über Nacht zu öffnen, erschien uns nicht sicher genug.

Schönes. praktisches Hotel in Bad Honnef
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht gut in der Nähe des Zentrums. Auch von der Bahn aus ist es sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet, das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Der Checkin nach erfolgter Buchung über booking.com klappte nicht optimal. Es wurden Gäste aus der Reisegruppe auf den Hauptbucher übertragen, so dass beim realen CheckIn Irritationen entstanden.
