Spa to hot room ok but not for the price we paid
Room ok but not worthy £300
When complained the manager dealt with it and gave us another room, much better experience.
Our first night we had a garden view room that it was situated in the ground floor. Couldn’t see much of the garden, cars parked yes. Then there were many doors slamming at night,at the end found out there were two WC next to the room and doors slamming when in and out and hand dryer sound. We couldn’t sleep all night. Spa time is awful, breakfast time or dinner time. I never been to a 5 star hotel that I had to wait on spa hours. It’s a lot of money for not using the spa when I want but when the hotel allows it. Very strange. Room 24 is very noisy and not privacy. We said we were here to relax from work and studies.
we had a lovely experience at the Kimpton in Glasgow. Large comfortable room. Lovely staff. Laurie brought up our bags and suggested a taxi rather than walk to our restaurant which was very smart! He has a lovely demeanor. Anton at breakfast was fun, efficient and helpful. Colin and Ross at reception were great too. Beautiful lobby, beautiful upstairs bar as well as tge restaurant bar. One if the best lattes I have had in a Scotland hotel. highly recommend!
Very elegant
What can I say! Another fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel with the best staff. A big thank you to David Nalleny for his great advice and service, John who looked after us so well and went out of his way to go to the restaurant we had my party at the night before to collect my birthday cake! Brilliant service. Steve the meet and greet man who looked after us so well and brought our car round to the front entrance ready to pack and go home. We can’t thank the staff enough! They really make your stay there so welcoming and happy.
Room 218 is fantastic! The happy hour drinks served between 4/5 pm is a good chance to talk with other guests. We’ve stayed in a few Kimpton hotels, this is by far the best. Looking forward to returning soon. Thanks.
Beautiful interiors, comfy bed and pillows, spa was good and breakfast was not bad
The staff at check in did not provide us much information regarding breakfast times or where to have it nor did we get a welcome drink or any insight into the happy hour that took place

My first time at the Kimpton blythswood hotel it was wonderful from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The warm welcome from the reception staff. The ambiance. Lovely room breakfast and dinner absolutely wonderful. A special thanks to sam from the reasturant who couldn't do enough for us. The only flaw was when my brother and I was leaving the hotel 2 gentleman behind the reception never said how was your stay, or hope to see u again not good enough. But I recommend this 5 star hotel and I will certainly be back.

Wonderful, comfortable rooms. The spa was lovely and so convenient in the same building. All the services were top notch and staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely hotel with gracious staff from the moment we checked in. David at the front was very welcoming. Ian from housekeeping was also phenomenal - our toddler had a mishap on the train and we needed some of our clothes cleaned before our next leg of the trip and he returned us our clean clothes only an hour or so after we sent them off to be washed. He was lovely to speak to and so warm and kind. Having a great stay so far and it’s only the first night! xx
