Not a 5 star standard. But an excellent 3 star hotel. Value for money not justified at all.
Pros:

Very Clean. Super Nice staff

Cons:

Very limited access to SPA - making it useless to choose the hotel being a a SPA.
No tissues in the room.
Very limited and non common food menu for room service.
Only one elevator and very narrow corridors to reach the room.

Excellent cost benefit and very curteous staff
Pros:

The doormen were fantastic in helping with the luggage up the door entrance stairs although they were not young people. They make a positive difference. We loved the SPA , breakfast and the restaurant quality food

Cons:

The maid service is below average as they are not throrough when cleaning the room, forgetting to empty the trash cans and replacing the water bottle. I am not even sure if they use the vacuum clean, during our three-day stay. The cleaning cars are parked sloppily in the room corridors for hours

Beautiful hotel with everything you want and need - apart from a door on the toilet!
Pros:

Gorgeous place. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The door staff are amazing!
Breakfast is beautiful. Everything is there and everything has been thought of.
Social hour between 4-5 is lovely. This is not our first visit and we’ve loved it each time.
Spa was lovely and part of the reason we go back.

Cons:

The toilet had no door on it. I’m sure when we’ve stayed before it had a glass door. Just seemed odd.
Our room was on the road and it appeared they used this as a race track until 1am in the morning so it was very noisy.
The hotel had a burst water pipe and therefore limited hot water.
Obviously both these things are out of the hotel’s control but last time we stayed they were doing emergency road works through the night so maybe we are just unlucky!

It was a beautiful experience and I’d definitely come back, would only wish for more moderation of the spa so it’s easie
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and lobby, and the spa facilities were excellent. Lovely breakfast and service as well.

Cons:

The spa was crazy packed during hotel guest hours, there seemed to be no “rules” around limited (6) chairs so people just left towels or bathrobes to claim them without ever sitting on them. It was very busy and hard to fully relax given the volume of people in the spa at one time.
