Cleanliness
7
Multiple guests reported cleanliness issues (hair on the floor, mould on a wall) and frequent sand/gravel brought in from the beach; daily room service was available but overall cleanliness was below perfect.
Service
10
Consistently praised staff: described as very welcoming, 'gentilissimo' and demonstrating Greek hospitality; reception and housekeeping attentive and helpful, with prompt assistance for guest requests.
Location
9.2
Very good location — close to shopping and restaurants, quiet area with great views and easy access to attractive beaches (noting best stretches are 1.5–2 km away); one comment about vehicle access being slightly inconvenient.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms had comfortable beds and effective AC, but some guests noted small bathrooms and that the accommodation shown in early photos did not match their room; mixed but generally positive comfort.
Amenities
9.3
Pool, bar with seating, sunbeds/beanbags and food delivery to pool/rooms were highlighted and well liked; note that at least one guest said the pool shown in initial photos was not the one available to guests.
Value for Money
8.9
Standard quality for this hotel tier. Overall services, facilities and food were well regarded, though some guests felt misled by promotional photos which affected perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Food received very positive mentions: varied and plentiful breakfast, standout pizza, good café/bar options and overall praised meals and drink service.
Overall Experience
8.9
Generally very positive stays thanks to location, staff and amenities; marred for some by cleanliness issues and misleading promotional photos, resulting in an overall rating aligned with the target.

Pros:

Hangulatos medence tartozik hozzá, bárral kiülőkkel, babzsákokkal, napágyakkal. Nincs tömeg a medencében. közel a bevásárló részhez, éttermekhez, de mégis csendes részen. A szállásunk mellett volt a bár, ahol este foci vb-t lehetett nézni, koktélozni. Kedves a személyzet.

Cons:
