The location was very convenient to get to Hakata Station, restaurants, and subway.

Cons:

The room was very small. and the elevator floor was so dirty that i was afraid to drop anything on the floor, even my pen.

我book了三日兩夜，第二晚發覺有張門卡不見了，之後我前台問，他說可以補1000 Yen，當時雞同鴨講，前台英文不是很好，然後用Google Translate，給他們看翻譯的時候他們在笑，這個感覺不太好，他說的時候不是友善的笑容，特別是夜間這位男同事，但整體這間酒店都是很好的

Pros:

駅からのアクセスが最高です。
スタバ前の地下鉄入口から入れば雨でも濡れずに地下鉄、博多駅まで行けます。

Cons:

枕カバーにカビ？がついていた。
朝食会場は狭いので8時前だと座れないのと、バイキング形式ですが配置の問題なのか結構並ぶので時間のロスがかなりあります。

駅に近くてアクセスが良い点。
とは言っても周りにもホテルは沢山ありましたけど。

Cons:

窓の下の壁を塗り直してたのは分かったのですが、素人の仕事の様な塗り方でした。滞在するのに特に影響は無いのですが・・・。
一番感じたのはトイレのウォシュレットがかなり古めかしい形で今時っみたいな使用方法でした。
その辺りは最新のボタン式の調整機能に変えて欲しいです。
