A budget-friendly hotel suitable for a short stay, though a few areas could benefit from improvement
Pros:

Location is very good, very near Hakata station. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast seating area not conducive as baggage storage area is next to it. Lobby looks messy. Room furniture is old. Bedframe is torn. Some parts of wall broken. Housekeeping standard to be improved to remove trash daily.

La ubicacion es excelente.

Cons:

El baño es antiguo , el inodoro y la ducha. El desayuno es demasiado oriental , para occidentales solo huevo revuelto , pan, croissant.

我每年平均會有兩到三次到日本旅游，過去我已經很久沒有住過房間這麼舊的酒店，令我日後選擇住宿也要格外小心
Pros:

位置很好，距離博多車站只有一條馬路，兩分鐘便到酒店 。酒店職員也很有禮貌

房間很舊，我的房間甚至有少許氣味

Very comfortable stay at the Comfort
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. They dont do eco cleaning as most hotels. They do thorough cleaning every day. And the view was amazing.

Pros:

The location was very convenient to get to Hakata Station, restaurants, and subway.

Cons:

The room was very small. and the elevator floor was so dirty that i was afraid to drop anything on the floor, even my pen.
