It was old, elevators under maintenance, dirty aspect in general, my ac did not work, i was transfered to a different room, the procees took very long.

Could be much better, poor service and price high compared to the service

Nice property nice views of “Cerro de la silla”

Cons:

The lifts are not working. Need to wait up to 10/15 minutes for the lift to arrive. The staff very unprepared to deal in another language different from Spanish. The only welllprepared staff is Tony the bell boy.
The price do not meet our expectations.

Todo mal. La habitación sucia. La tele no servía. No había caja fuerte. No había plancha. Los elevadores no funcionan. La seguridad para acceder a las habitaciones es nula - una vez encontré en el pasillo un homeless.
La peor experiencia de hotel.

Wer Studenten an der TEC besucht, ist in dem Hotel gut aufgehoben.
