Pros:

It seems that the hôtel has been refurbished not that long ago. Room large and comfy. Large free car park. But it has no lift, uneasy with big cases.

Cons:

Un peu éloigné du centre, mais système de bus à 5mn, pratique.

Une belle découverte et un séjour confortable et agréable
Pros:

Le bon service à la réception. Lits confortables. Bonne localisation. J'ai apprécié découvrir le quartier St-Sauveur. Surtout la rue St-Vallier.
Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Notre cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Un petit problème avec la toilette aussi.

Pleasant reasonably priced close to nice restaurants. Better when street upgrade is complete.

Pleasant stay and we could walk to major sites and some nice restaurants.

Roadworks/street beautification works outside the hotel.

Once they out the rail in, the place will boom
Pros:

Parking was very good. Easy check in. Great staff especially Sarah. Really good shower, lots of pressure and hot. Stayed in room 105. Had laundry facilities even though the dryer was faulty.

Cons:

The bed was really hard and the breakfast pretty average.
