לכל מי שמחפש מלון בסאפה שקרוב להכל עם תמורה למחיר. זה בדיוק המקום!

הצוות הנפלא, בעיקר leon היו מקסימים ומסבירי פנים. קיבלנו אותנו כבר בשש בבוקר ביום שהגענו וגם פינקו אותנו בארוחת בוקר על חשבון המלון. ביום שעזבנו איפשרו לנו לעזוב בשעה ארבע אחר הצהריים ללא חיוב נוסף.
קיבלנו מהם ארנק במתנה כשעזבנו את המלון.
סייעו בכל שאלה ובקשה.
החדר נקי עם מרפסת לנוף מדהים.
ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת.
המיקום קרוב להכל.
בקיצור מומלץ מכל הלב!!!

All perfect
Pros:

We love this hotel. Hotel location is good, the view of our room is great! Wonderful views at the restaurant and sky bar. All staffs are very nice. They give us lots of help. Can’t remember all their names, but they all very friendly and gave us plenty of help during the stay. Thank you Leon, Tina, Wendy, Hillary and etc. for all your wonderful service. We have wonderful vocation.

המקום הכי טוב שהינו בויטנאם עם מארחים מקסימים
חגגנו 30 שנות נישואין
קיבלנו קבלת פנים נהדרת מ Lisa מאוד נחמדה ומתוקה נתנה לנו מידע על כל מה שרצינו .
שידרגו לנו את החדר עם נוף מדהים להרים. המלון שופץ לאחרונה הכל נראה חדש. חדר מרווח מאובזר מקלחת נהדרת מיטה נוחה. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת.
בקבלה TINA הנהדרת עזרה לנו ודאגה לאורך השהות והמשך הנסיעה בלהזמין מונית ואוטובס ליעד הבא . ובכל מה שרצינו .
אירוח מושלם.
אין ספק שנחזור ונמליץ על המקום.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Blick in die Berge

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und trotzdem nur etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz und der Kirche entfernt – zentraler geht es kaum.
Unser Zimmer im 8. Stock bot einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die grüne Bergwelt rund um Sapa. Die Aussicht war wirklich beeindruckend und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets aufmerksam, herzlich und haben sich darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Ein rundum tolles Hotel mit perfekter Lage, ruhiger Atmosphäre, wunderschöner Aussicht und hervorragendem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely stay in Sapa. Highly recommend hotel.
Pros:

The room. We were offered the top floor with great views. The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful (Leon, Wendy, Lisa). The location is great. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good. They were kind to send us evening tea with cookies to our room.
