お洒落なホテルで幸せ2倍に旅が楽しくなる
Pros:

ロケーション、雰囲気、スタッフの全てが最高です。まるでヨーロッパのホテルに泊まっているかのようでした。

調度品にもこだわりがあり、モダンな中にサパを象徴する布使いがラブリーで素敵です。

タオルや小物にもホテルのマークがあしらわれ拘りが分かります

毎日、部屋にはクッキーとガラスポットに入ったウェットバナナが置かれています。

このバナナが本当に美味しく夕飯後でも止まらなく食べてしまいます。

朝食は狭いながらも新鮮な質の良い豊富な野菜、果物に大満足です。温かい料理も朝食には十分です。卵料理＆フォーも注文式でオムレツは具沢山で美味しいです。担当のスタッフの手際が良く感心しました。

可愛い若いスタッフもチーフと一緒に頑張っていて好感の持てるスタッフばかりでした

そして、ホテルの顔となるレセプションスタッフ＆ドアマン。皆さん、穏やかで臨機応変に対応してくださりとても助かりました。
2週間前の予約で選べる部屋が少なかったので次回は他のタイプにも宿泊してみたいです

サパの常宿に！ホテル全体がパーフェクトなので問題ないでしょう。

Great place, great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. The room was fantastic, we had an executive suite with window looking at the mountain. Had drinks at the skybar and they were nice. Special mention to Ms Chau who offered great advise and arranged our trip back to train. She made our stay memorable. We will definitely stay here again when next in Sa Pa.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Sapa
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Hotel & Skybar. The hotel feels brand new, modern and beautifully designed, with fantastic views from both the rooms and the sky bar.
Our family room was very comfortable and spacious, and the beds were excellent. Everything felt clean, fresh and thoughtfully designed.
The restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. We genuinely enjoyed every meal there.
The combination of beautiful views, a new and comfortable hotel, excellent location and a fantastic restaurant made our stay a real pleasure. We would definitely stay here again!

ארוחת בוקר נהדרת עם המון מבחר, נוף מדהים להרים, חדר נקי ומסודר.
וונדי דאגה לשירות הטוב ביותר שיש, דאגה לכל דבר, שידרגה את החדר שלנו ונתנה לבת הזוג שלי מתנה בסוף השהייה.
צ׳ו סידרה לנו נהג פרטי במחיר טוב, שיקח אותנו לכל מה שצריך לראות בסאפה.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Chau and Lisa, who were extremely supportive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed and made our stay in Sapa even more enjoyable.
