Beautiful, relaxing stay in Sapa
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of mountains. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel offered a lot of different services, including spa. We did our laundry via the hotel and was quick and cheap. The staff were amazing in assisting us what to do on each day based on weather conditions and provided tips.
The hotel is central in the town so it was easy to walk or Grab anywhere.

הצוות היה לא פחות ממדהיםםםם במיוחד בשבת שעזרו לנו מאד ובדקו כל הזמן אם אנחנו צריכים משהו.
ובגדול חוויה טובה מאד.

Cons:

הזמנו חדר וחשבנו שיהיה נוף אבל בסוף קבלנו חדר והנוף היה לגג רעפים ממול ולא ראינו כלום אז קצת התאכזבנו.
והניקיון במסעדה למעלה טיפה לא ואוו , הרבה קורי עכביש ומרגיש שצריך טיפה יותר תחזוק.

Excellent location and staff. It was nice to have breakfast with the mountain view.

The bathroom set up was weird. I wish there were more hooks to hang clothes. So much wall space but so little closet space.

Central, clean, helpful staff&i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to first time visitors to Sapa.
Pros:

Property is central, easy walking to restaurants, Sky Bar is great to have an afternoon drink,nice coffee shop a few doors up. Rooms very clean & bedding comfortable. All staff were friendly & helpful. In particular, Chau, Leon & Lisa the front admin team. Our train cancelled last minute,Leon organised a sleeper bus to get us to Hanoi on time (when internet booking wouldn’t allow ‘same day’ bookings),a frustrating situation for us became seamless with the help of admin.

Perfect location, clean and spacious room and the most welcoming staff ever.
Pros:

The location is really good, and the view from the top of the hotel is amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The staff was very attentive and welcoming.

Water pressure (shower) was low in our room.
Rooms in general are small even if you get upgraded, unlike the way it looks in pictures (not as spacious as shown)
