Sapa Horizon Hotel & Skybar

Todo el personal han sido increiblemente atentos. Pero quiero destacar la amabilidad de Chau (Guess Relation Officer) y la gran ayuda que nos ha brindado en todo momento desde que llegamos a Sapa. Tanto para los tours, traslados… todo. Muy muy amable.
Además la localización del hotel es perfecta.
Las vistas inmejorables. Desayunar con esas vistas es la mejor manera de empezar el dia.

Kurz gesagt das ist das Hotel, welches ich jedem empfehlen kann für einen Sapa Aufenthalt! Schön ruhige Lage und trotzdem in 2 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Die zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, die Betten bequem und alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Das Frühstück, welxhes in der Skybar eingenommen wird ist auch sehr gut! Frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte, viel Obstauswahl usw.

The staff were very helpfull, they went the extra yards to ensure our stay was enjoyable and hassel free. The location was great, walking distance to anywhere. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff organised a great tour with a local guide, with the highlight of lunch at her tiny village with some of the best food I have had in Vietnam.

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق ليلة واحدة فقط بسبب إضافة يوم إلى رحلتي في سابا واضطراري لحجز ليلة إضافية في فندق آخر. لكن بصراحة كانت هذه الليلة من أجمل ليالي الإقامة التي عشتها في سابا وربما من أجمل تجاربي الفندقية على الإطلاق.

من لحظة دخول الفندق شعرت بالاهتمام والنظافة. الفندق نظيف جدًا ومريح جدًا والأثاث جميل ونظيف والفرش واللحف والمخدات والمناشف كلها كانت في غاية النظافة والجودة.

أما السرير فهذه قصة أخرى ❤️
ربما كانت أجمل نومة نمتها في حياتي! شعرت وكأنني أنام على الريش من شدة نعومة وراحة السرير والمخدات. بعد أيام من السفر والتنقل كانت هذه النومة بالذات شيئًا لا يُنسى.

لكن أجمل ما في الفندق إلى جانب النظافة والراحة هو حسن استقبال الموظفين واهتمامهم بالضيف.

كانت بالفعل رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. وصلنا إلى الفندق في تمام الساعة 6 صباحًا ومع ذلك استقبلتنا بحفاوة واهتمام كبيرين وساعدتنا على الدخول إلى الغرفة حتى نتمكن من الراحة والنوم بعد السفر.

كانت دائمًا تسعى إلى راحتنا وتتعاون معنا بكل رحابة صدر. هذا النوع من التعامل يجعل الضيف يشعر بأنه ليس مجرد نزيل وإنما ضيف مرحب به فعلًا.

وكان استقبال الفندق جميلًا جدًا حيث وجدنا فواكه مجففة وطبقًا من الفواكه في الغرفة كنوع من الترحيب والضيافة وهذا أعطانا انطباعًا رائعًا منذ البداية.

كذلك كانت إطلالة المكان والشرفة جميلة جدًا وأعطتنا انطباعًا رائعًا عن سابا وزادت من جمال التجربة.

وموقع الفندق أيضًا ممتاز وقريب من العديد من أجمل الفعاليات والأماكن في سابا مما جعل التنقل والاستمتاع بالمدينة سهلًا ومريحًا.

وعند المغادرة كانت المفاجأة الجميلة أن الموظفين أهدونا هدايا وحقائب لي وللأطفال ❤️ وهي لفتة جميلة جدًا لن أنساها.

باختصار
فندق نظيف جدًا ومريح جدًا وأثاثه جميل ومرتب وسريره من أروع الأسرّة التي نمت عليها وحسن الاستقبال فيه استثنائي والموظفون متعاونون جدًا.

وشكر خاص جدًا للموظفة ويندي على لطفها واهتمامها وحرصها على راحتنا من لحظة وصولنا وحتى مغادرتنا. وجود موظفة بهذا المستوى من الاهتمام والاحترافية يرفع من قيمة الفندق بشكل كبير

We have been travelling round Thailand and Vietnam, and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed. Amazing, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, and had a really good selection for all nationalities. We had dinner a couple of times, and it was very tasty.
Comfortable room, and everywhere was very clean. The view from the Skybar is beautiful.
Perfect location for exploring Sapa.
Will definitely stay again when we hopefully return. Thank you

A wonderful and elegant hotel with very friendly staff. They also gave us a lovely souvenir as a farewell gift when we checked out.

The breakfast was average but acceptable. The hotel is located right in the heart of vibrant Sapa, which makes the location very convenient.

Overall, a very beautiful place and a great experience.

Lieve medewerkers die je met alles willen helpen. Fijne kamers met goed bed. Geen geluidsoverlast. Bagage kunnen achterlaten tijdens trekking. Gebruik kunnen maken van douches na trekking voordat we weer verder reisden.

الفندق ممتاز جداً , قريب من كل ما تحتاجه ( مطاعم ومحلات وخدمات )
ونشكر طاقم العمل ( اللطيف الودود ) على تعاونهم ولديهم حب تقديم العون في كل ما نحتاجه داخل وخارج الفندق ، الفندق نظيف جدا والافطار متنوع ويقدم الأكل الحلال نوصي به بشدة .

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The location is ideal, perched up in the hills with breathtaking views of the Muong Hoa Valley and rice terraces. The Skybar was absolutely the highlight; watching the sunset over the mountains with a drink in hand was pure magic. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and had floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the landscape like a painting. The staff were incredibly attentive and helped us arrange a wonderful trekking tour with a local guide. The breakfast spread was generous, with great pho and fresh fruit to start the day. We also loved the warm, cozy vibe, perfect after a chilly Sapa morning.
