Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The location is ideal, perched up in the hills with breathtaking views of the Muong Hoa Valley and rice terraces. The Skybar was absolutely the highlight; watching the sunset over the mountains with a drink in hand was pure magic. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and had floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the landscape like a painting. The staff were incredibly attentive and helped us arrange a wonderful trekking tour with a local guide. The breakfast spread was generous, with great pho and fresh fruit to start the day. We also loved the warm, cozy vibe, perfect after a chilly Sapa morning.

Förutom det perfekta läget nära Sapas centrala delar är rummen av högsta kvalitet. I vårt rum fanns en stor säng som bara var helt underbar. Toalett och dusch är också utöver det vanliga, bland annat med behållare för duschkräm, schampoo och conditioner, och naturligtvis toalettdusch.
Men framför allt fick vi ett mycket trevligt bemötande av engelskkunnig personal. Och en frukostbuffé utöver det vanliga.

Great location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast with a stunning view but most importantly excellent service! Any questions were answered immediately and we were able to shower and refresh hours after check out. Special thank you to Mrs Châu who was super friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Exquisite view , easy to access and in the center of every venue we my wife and I wanted to visit.

We had a pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the hotel is in a perfect central location and close to everything, but tucked away on a side street so it still feels quiet.

The rooms are quite small, especially the toilet/bathroom area, so that is worth keeping in mind. The rooms and shower are very nice though ...... The views from our mountain view room really make up for it. Breakfast room had a beautiful view of city/clouds, and if you are able to get a mountain-view room with a small balcony, it is a lovely experience and worth the extra money.

A special mention goes to Tina, the Guest Customer Relations Manager, who provided excellent service. She contacted us on WhatsApp before arrival and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were happy with the room. She also offered to arrange our transfer back to Sapa, which ended up being cheaper than using GetYourGuide for the Hanoi to Sapa transfer.

Overall, this is a great option if you want a central but quiet hotel with lovely views and excellent service. The rooms are on the small side, but the location, views, and staff make it a very enjoyable stay. and to be fair so much to see in Sa Pa you don't spend much time in the hotel room.

Note - see everything in Sa Pa even if the locals may think some places are touristy or Fasipan is cloudy.. It's all worth it even if it does rains. Also carry cash for entrance fees.
