Nice beds - but that's it.

Cons:

Staff is just " hanging in there"..Breakfast is expensive and quality wise dramatic compared to other 4* Windsor hotels.

Lovely, quiet hotel nearly caddy corner to Windsor Castle
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location, almost caddy corner to Windsor Castle. The hotel is a calm oasis in the middle of this busy atreet. It's small enough so the elevator and rooms are close. I thought it was a good value.
Regan at the front desk and Matthew gave us excellent personal attention.

Excellent location in the heart of Windsor. Even so, the room was quiet, as well as being spacious.
