Just a little disappointed with bathroom

The centre tap was very loose
Felt there should be a handle to help get out the bath as bath rather high to get out of!

Buffet English Breakfast isn't great and is constantly being replaced, so you may not get a plate of everything you want at once. a la carte the next day was better, however we were charged for that, whereas breakfast the first day was included. Not sure why this happened.

Great Stay with friends for the races!

Location was great for Royal Windsor Racecourse by boat
Staff were great
Concierge was fantastic

Cons:

The draught beer choice was poor (no peroni) …. We had a drink elsewhere because of it ….

Pros:

Great location. Really nice room which was well furnished, very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely, especially Alberto the Concierge! Restaurant food, (breakfast and one evening meal) was excellent.

Cons:

Would have liked detailed directions to the car park, which we had trouble finding with just the postcode.

The weather made our visit disappointing (hot) and the dining facilities were disappointing.
Pros:

Air con. Room

Cons:

The staff could be friendlier. For example nobody offered to help with our bags which we had to carry ourselves. One or two found it hard to smile.

Pleasant stay in Windsor
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Windsor. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Not so keen on my room - frosted glass and the blind didn’t go up all the way. Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better. A personal pet hate are these machines at breakfast which you have to use to have tea, coffee etc. The tea was awful (water was tepid) but in fairness, when I mentioned this, I was provided with a pot of tea from the kitchen which was much better.
