Heavily disappointed
Pros:

The open Bathtub design and the faucet are great design choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly. A highlight for me was that someone always opened the door for me day and night and always greated me with a warm welcome and a smile.

Cons:

The toilet door couldnt be closed properly and inside the toilet was a window to the room? It was very uncomfortable for us. The room and everything inside was always very wet, especially the AC. It heavily smelled like its very moldy inside the AC. The air was very very very bad. Sleeping was very difficult as we both constantly got headaches inside the room. It is also extremely unhealthy and dangerous to not clean out the mold inside the AC.
Furthermore, we had a room on the more expensive floors. And we could only sit in the good breakfast area 1 time. The other 2 days we were lead to the normal area.. it left me extremely confused. Why should i pay more for the more expensive floor when i dont have any significant benefits? I found that very very confusing. The atmosphere in the good area was simply beautiful. In the normal area, it was very loud with children screaming and it was very cramped. It was a really uncomfortable experience.
But the worst part came after we left, i accidentally forgot my parking ticket and about 35,000¥ in cash in the room. The cleaning staff just took it and didnt report it to the front desk. Im extremely disappointed that this hotel allows thieves to work there... it gave me huge trouble when i arrived back home in japan as i struggled for 2 hours to find help for my lost parking ticket and lack of cash that i specifically took with me for the parking.

Exceptional hotel in every way
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.Easy location for walking or using metro and next door to large shopping mall.Staff extremely helpful,courteous and assisted us in finding our way around the city.The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods so there were plenty of choices.We will stay here again on our final night in Taipei.

Cons:

All was great.Room lighting a little tricky but it didn’t affect our stay.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Exceptional hotel in a central location,with very dedicated helpful staff.The hotel is located perfectly next to the mall and main train station.The decor is beautiful and gentle lighting makes it calm.The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of foods and lots of options for any tastes.We found the staff friendly,professional and able to assist us with any questions.This one aspect usually influences our choice of hotels as it helps us navigate new places-and we were not disappointed here.At the ground level at the concierge desk was a staff member named Andy.He was amazing and made our stay memorable.A very kind and informative staff who every day greeted us and remembered our names then guided us to our choice of activities.His English was perfect.

A hotel I'd like to return to one day
Pros:

Great location. Accessible by express MRT from Taoyuan airport and conveniently located in QSquare mall which has very nice restaurants in B3 level. The hotel has restaurants on 6th and a Michelin starred restaurant on the 17th floor, which also is where the lounge and gym are. We had dinner and breakfast in the 6th floor restaurant and it was excellent. Our prepaid dinner was probably our best meal during our month long trip.

Beautiful setting, great staff
Pros:

Lovely rooms, spacious, comfortable. Nearby main train station, bus station and Q square mall. We were there during a typhoon and the staff were especially helpful during a stressful time.

Cons:

Lighting mechanism was confusing, so there were times when we couldn't figure out how to turn off some of the lights or turn them back on. Our room face a highway, so there were some highway noises even though we were in an upper floor.

Pros:

The staff is super helpful and accommodating. We had to changed our stay because of an incoming storm, leaving one day early. The staff (and the hotel policy) is very accommodating, allow us to change the stay, and didn’t charge the extra day.

這次是本人第四度入住,,但這次的大一點房型只有窗台,沒有陽台,,下次會選30平方米的房型
Pros:

新增了為客人倒茶的服務,儀式感不錯,,早餐沒有了公正包子,可惜
行政貴賓廳的員工非常有禮貌,值得嘉許

浴鹽沒有補充,,第四天後整瓶直接被房務人員收走,,沒有再出現過,有點奇怪
