Very confortable rooms and centric location, well connected to everywhere in Taipei and Taiwan. Late breakfast and multiple access until 12 was a big plus. Also the access to Le Salon was really worth it.
Not many services for the price paid (gym was very small, no pool/spa/entertainement options), let's say only food-related plusses (not complaining, but similar structures offer often more variety). Bathroom with limited privacy. Automatic lights activated by motion sensors in the room we could not (find how to) deactivate at night might disturb light sleepers.

The location of the hotel was great.
The door of the room was hard to close, I had to push it strong.
The staff are amazingly attentive; courteous, kind and pleasant.

I made two requests before my stay, but unfortunately I did not receive any reply by email. When I mentioned this at check-in, the front desk staff kindly assisted me and handled my requests very professionally.
I truly appreciated their support. However, if such assistance was available, I believe it would have been much better to receive a reply to my emails in advance, as it would have given me greater peace of mind before my arrival.
I also felt that there was limited communication and coordination between the front desk and the concierge on the first floor. Considering this is a five-star hotel, this was a little disappointing.
