Propreté, personnel, repas, service, bruit, équipement de chambre, wifi. c'est du 0/10 voir moins, l'odeur des égouts dans la chambre est catastrophique, des insectes partout. J'ai changé la chambre contre nouveau payement et malgré ça la situation est la même. Franchement je ne peux pas passer la nuit labas une autre fois même gratuitement. C'est très sale

Upon arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and gave me a very unpleasant first impression. Initially, the place was uncomfortable, and I didn't like my room. I asked for a change, but he wasn't very helpful. Fortunately, two other receptionists arrived later, and they were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very kind, or rather, the kindest. After a complaint about the food, the restaurant management immediately corrected it, apologized, and were also very polite and helpful. However, overall, the hotel isn't very comfortable because the rooms are old, and the bathrooms and beds need maintenance. The safe is very old and doesn't always work. The door locks are always faulty, requiring multiple visits throughout the day to reactivate them. There's no internet in the hotel; they give you the network name and password and say it only works in reception, but even then it doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay or for families with children. The pool supervisors and lifeguards were also very friendly. It's a shame that the hotel's overall quality is poor, but the staff are generally nice (except for...). One of the receptionists

Il buffet colazione era fornito, parecchia scelta tra cui cibo egiziano, dolci, affettati e formaggi.
Non avevo l’all inclusive ma ho visto che per pranzo c’era parecchia scelta e per cena addirittura portavano la brace per la carne.

Cons:

Le stanze lungo il passaggio non sono in posizione ideale perché tutto il rumore degli ospiti rimbomba all’interno. Essendo vacanza, gli ospiti vanno e vengono anche fino alle 2 del mattino, rendendo difficile il riposo per chi ha sonno leggero.

Personale reception pessimo.

Hotel da evitare assolutamente. Siamo arrivati venerdì 1° maggio e ci è stata assegnata una stanza sporchissima, tanto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere immediatamente un cambio. La seconda stanza era invivibile a causa di un rumore continuo e assordante proveniente dalle unità dei condizionatori, vecchie e malfunzionanti, posizionate sul tetto: sembrava di dormire dentro un frigorifero acceso tutta la notte. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare.
Abbiamo quindi chiesto un ulteriore cambio di stanza. Durante il trasferimento abbiamo dimenticato un costume da bagno, che ci è stato restituito solo dopo tre giorni, senza alcuna spiegazione sul perché non ci fosse stato riconsegnato subito.
Il personale della reception si è dimostrato scortese e poco disponibile ogni volta che cercavamo di risolvere i problemi segnalati. Per ottenere assistenza concreta abbiamo persino dovuto contattare Booking.com, che è intervenuta dopo due giorni di disagi continui.
Non siamo soliti lasciare recensioni negative, ma questa volta è inevitabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno con standard minimi di pulizia, comfort e professionalità. (E per standard minimi di pulizia si intende almeno non avere le saponette già state usate e richiuse alla buona o macchie di tutti i tipi e colori sulle lenzuola, arrivando a delle macchie di sangue, e mi fermo qua, giusto per dare qualche esempio)
