My stay was restless and painful having to walk the stairs with my luggage
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing! The room was extremely clean to my liking

Cons:

For the rate I paid the elevators were tore up but not deemed out of service so I had to carry all my things upstairs and I have an injured sternum and clavicle from multiple gun shot wounds. Which my room was on the 3rd floor

One word…amazing
Pros:

Everything was perfect from checking in all the way down to the hospitality staff. Very clean and quiet location. Loved the fact the room was right by the door and the stairs lead straight to our room

Overall for a 3 star hotel or whatever it is, I give it a 7.5/10

Staff was excellent and was very clean.

Cons:

The jacuzzi does not get hot like its suppsoed to. I seen other reviews on the jacuzzi also, so it seems like a great thing to have working properly but for some reason it's not. :/ overall the stay was great because the staff and it was very clean for not being up to date on appliances etc.

Pros:

The facilities were clean and very modern. There was no problem with noise, even though the hotel was fully booked.

Disappointing.

We’re locals . Stay less than 10min away.
Kids was out for spring so decided to do a staycation with the hopes of enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. Super cold.
And worst of all the jacuzzi was not working. For the money. Really wished we would’ve just stayed home and saved our money. Truly disappointed.
