had a very enjoyable stay - the room was perfectly as described, new and spotlessly clean
Pros:

spotlessly clean, well appointed rooms

Cons:

Was in room 207, directly opposite the laundry - while the small space was well utilised, the fold out desk over the bed didn’t work very well - unusable to put things on, got in the way when folded down. Would have been nice to have a bit more hanging space, although challenging with the small footprint

Gute, sinnvolle Ausstattung/Lage. Sauber. Gute Lage.
Pros:

Bett und gesamte Inneneinrichtung sehr gut und sehr nützlich. Sinnvoll geplant und besser ausgestattet als die meisten Zimmer dieser Kathegorie. Es war etwas klein, das hat mich aber nicht gestört.
Extrem sauber! Meine Feststellung nach 2 Monate Reisezeit und vielen Hotels!

Cons:

Was überhaupt nicht geht: eine Badezimmertür, die nach innen aufgeht, Da das Bad sehr klein ist, fällt man zwangsläufig vor die Tür. Falls jemand ausrutscht/kollabiert, läge er genau vor der Tür und Hilfskräfte könnten nicht hereinkommen.

Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

MRT schnell und fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war enttäuschend. Große Flecken auf dem Teppich und Sessel, die man beim Reinigen eigentlich unmöglich übersehen kann. Im Bad war Schimmel. Nachdem wir uns an die Rezeption gewendet haben wurde hier zwar nachgebessert (Teppich entfernt, Sessel etwas gereinigt, Schimmel wurde einfach überspachtelt), aber wir haben uns weiterhin unwohl gefühlt. Auch die Möbel im Foyer sind fleckig, obwohl das Hotel auf unsere Beschwerde hin nochmal beteuerte wie wichtig ihnen Sauberkeit sei. Das spiegelt sich im Gesamtbild nicht wider. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Brilliant stay! Doesn't disappoint ever.
Pros:

The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. They were quick to act when there was an incident that occured during our stay, and we're truly appreciative of their swift action and response. The room was clean, the housekeepers have done amazingly. They left our room spic and span. Location-wise is amazing as well, there are stores easily accessible. Would highly recommend to stay here, and would definitely book here again!

A hotel with an excellent location and great staff
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at this property, with its excellent location close to the MRT system and easy access to great food in the neighbourhood. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the water station with snacks which is a nice touch.

Cons:

Some parts of the room are excellent, including the quality of the mattress. Other parts could use some attention. Some of the fixtures are almost falling off (in my room, this included the light switch in the kitchen area). I hope this could be fixed.

Pros:

The rooms are small as other reviews stated but are comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

The rooms are small and if I wasnt traveling solo it would be too small for two people with luggage. A foldable luggage rack and a small bed side night satnd would be nice.
