La atención muy amable diligente, la ubicación perfecta cerca de todos lados. Relación precio calidad todo excelente. No lleve mascota pero el hotel es pet friendly creo q eso le suma puntos

NADA, TUVIMOS PESIMA EXPERIENCIA CON NUESTRA ESTANCIA EN ESE LUGAR, DESDE LA RECEPCION TODO MAL, PERO FUE LA UNICA OPCION QUE ENCONTRAMOS ESE DIA YA EN LA NOCHE

LLEGAMOS POR LA NOCHE COMO 9PM, NOS METIMOS A BAÑAR Y YA PARA DORMIR, ENCONTRAMOS LAS SABANAS DE LAS CAMAS LLENAS DE PELOS POR TODOS LADOS, FUI A RECEPCION A PEDIR CAMBIO DE SABANAS Y ME DIJERON QUE NO TENIAN LLAVE DE ROPERIA, Y QUE LA CHICA Y OTRA PERSONA ERAN LOS UNICOS ENCARGADOS DURANTE TODA LA NOCHE DEL HOTEL Y QUE NO PODIAN HACER NADA, TAMPOCO ME PUDIERON CAMBIAR DE HABITACION, LA ENCARGADA DE LO MAS GROSERA, LE PEDI QUE ENTONCES ME CANCELARA LA HABITACION PARA IRNOS Y DIJO QUE SI QUE NOS FUERAMOS, NO SE A QUIEN LLAMO Y LE DIJO QUE NO ERA POSIBLE, TUVIMOS QUE PASAR ASI LA NOCHE. HABIA SOLICITADO RESERVACION PARA DOS NOCHES Y AFORTUNADAMENTE TAMBIEN EN ESO SE EQUIVOCARON Y SOLO HICIERON RESERVA POR UNA NOCHE. POR LA MAÑANA A PRIMERA HORA SALIMOS DE AHI. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA. Bien, ahí la llevan, lo están logrando
Pros:

Me gustó el precio, me gustó el lugar esto la ubicación de nos toque y ese alberca nada más no sabía si estaba climatizada o no, obviamente prefiero que esté climatizada a ver si en el siguiente vuelta me toca que sea así. Me gustó que tuvieran aire acondicionado las habitaciones el tamaño de las habitaciones aunque es un edificio viejo se ve que le están dando mantenimiento continuo. Los azulejos del baño me gustaron.

Cons:

No me gustó que el agua del lavamanos y del escusado salieran de un color oscuro y con un olor un poco desagradable al igual que la de la regadera salía con un feo olor. Si hubiera preferido que las sábanas y los protectores de las almohadas también fuesen de una tela más suave un poco duras algo un poco más suave.

Pros:

la limpieza de los pasillos para el ingreso de la habitación, siempre los encontré sucios, falta de limpieza, pero en general el hospedaje supero mis expectativas
