Cons:

Que llegamos antes 1:30 p.m. no dieron ingreso únicamente recibieron equipaje, por compromisos nos retiramos retornado a las 23:00 h. Me dieron una habitación sin servicio de agua caliente prestandome otra habitación para asearme pasadas las Doce de la noche al día siguiente se me estravio una mochilita no sé si en el restaurante o en el cambio de habitación que contenía una cámara Sony con sus accesorios (3 pilas y cables de coneccion así como cosas personales) avisando a la de su perdida, ya en la habitación que me asignaron me dí cuenta que no estaba un marco con la foto de mi esposa preguntando en la recepción del hotel donde me la entregaron, por su atención Gracias
La perdida de mi mochilita es lo que más extraño por los recuerdos que tiene

LA atención es muy buena, es un lugar tranquilo para caminar tiene cajeros serca, centros comerciales esta bien hubicado

Cons:

La reserva de el día que salgo se te acaba a las 11 de la mañana pero igual tengo que pagar todo el día sin importar la hora de ingreso el día que llegue puedo estar en el hotel pero no en la habitación

Pros:

Unable to swim due to mosquitos. Unable to enjoy the outdoors lounge, due to mosquitos. I booked two rooms, both rooms had mildew in the bathrooms. Two receiptiones were not informative nor helpful with any of our concerns.

Cons:

La alberca, es templada por lo que puedes estar hasta tarde y tiene una tiendita para comprar cosas de último momento a cualquier hora

Cons:

En el área de la alberca hay mosquitos por qué tiene Vegetación alrededor, pero puedes pedir repelente en el bar y te dan sin costo
