1. Vi como un cocinero probaba la limonada sumergiendo su dedo pulgar en el vaso de la licuadora.
2. El espacio del desayuno fatal. No tienen mesas suficientes para la cantidad de comensales.


3. Haciendo fila para reclamar el desayuno, noté que tanto vasos como cubiertos estaban mal lavados y hasta se los mostré a una de las empleadas que servía el desayuno para que los cambiara por unos limpios.

Salvo el desayuno, todo normal.
Pros:

La ubicación es genial. La Room cómoda y amplia. El personal es agradable.

Cons:

El parking es demasiado pequeño y hay q esperar para que te abran cuando sales y entras.
El desayuno el fin de semana es imposible con tanta gente. Me dijeron que en el segundo piso era ‘solo para huéspedes’ pero no sábado ni domingo había desayuno ahí. Solo fuera en la planta 1 y en la bahía…. Pero las filas eran demasiado largas … terrible

Cons:

Todo estaba muy bien, Solo una pequeña recomendación y es que el cobro por las bebidas del restaurante es demasiado alto. Los platos están bien pero cobrar 20.000 pesos colombianos por una limonada de coco es bastante exagerado.

Pros:

La habitación fue muy cómoda, el baño tenia una ducha muy deliciosa el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, caminando se puede ir a varios lugares turísticos zona segura y tranquila, el desayuno tiene mucha variedad de alimentos y el restaurante es muy bonito

Cons:

El televisor no tenia control, solo dieron el control del claro y para aplicaciones como netflix no se podía utilizar, y la terraza en las fotos se ve como si tuviera una piscina grande y en realidad es una piscina muy pequeña y fría, no dan ganas de meterse.

EEXCELENTE HOTEL Y LAS MARRANITAS Y EMPANADAS ME ENCANTARON.
Pros:

todo perfecto, lo unico que me molesto fue cuando llegue al hotel para almorzar descansar un poco y salir porque tenia vuelo a las 4 p.m., la citada señorita me dijo que tenia que bajarme de la habitacion con mi maleta y sentarme en la recepcion. Obvio omiti hacerle caso, yo soy viajera mundial, he viajado gracias a Dios por muchos países y nunca han tenido que sacarme de la HABITACION. DIOS MEDIANTE EN DICIEMBRE VUELVO CON MI FAMILIA.

QUE LA SEÑORITA NO ME HUBIERA DICHO QUE TENIA QUE SALIRME DE LA HABITACION Y SENTARME CON MI MALETA EN LA RECEPCION.
