El hotel es muy bueno y cuenta con excelente atencion
Pros:

El desayuno esta bien aunque puede ser mas variado. Todos los dias ofrecen los mismos huevos revueltos. El personal es muy amable y atento a cualquier solicitud en especial el botones señor Juan Carlos y el conductor señor Grisales

Agradable pero Decepcionante.

el desayuno en realidad es muy bueno y la ubicacion es perfecta.

No me gusto que no pude disfrutar de la piscina pues yo llame dos dias antes de mi llegada para estar seguro y me dijeron que la piscina estaba en remodelacion pero que al yo viajar un martes ya para el domingo estaria lista y no fue asi, me mintieron ya que estube 11 dias y nada de piscina. Otra cosa que me sorprendio es que un hotel de esa categoria no tenga gimnacio, la verdad muy decepcionante.

La ubicación

Cons:

1. Vi como un cocinero probaba la limonada sumergiendo su dedo pulgar en el vaso de la licuadora.
2. El espacio del desayuno fatal. No tienen mesas suficientes para la cantidad de comensales.


3. Haciendo fila para reclamar el desayuno, noté que tanto vasos como cubiertos estaban mal lavados y hasta se los mostré a una de las empleadas que servía el desayuno para que los cambiara por unos limpios.
