O quarto triplo que ficamos era espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O chuveiro era muito bom. A localização é ótima para quem vai fazer uma conexão ou pegar um voo em Malpensa, fica há apenas alguns minutos do aeroporto, com o serviço de transfer oferecido pelo hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, com diversas opções. Funcionários simpáticos.

Property is beautiful and special as an airport stopover. Dinner and breakfast were great and

the room was very comfortable and extremely close to the airport.

unfortunately, there was a large group of people before we had our breakfast and there was only a limited variety of food left for the remaining guests.
We went to the restaurant for a meal without booking and we were told that it was fully booked and had to return in one our. the restaurant was only half full, we were not impressed with the staff.
the gentleman in the morning staff at the front desk could do with some manners.
This hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle was convenient for us. Breakfast was a typical European buffet-pretty good with a large selection. The facilities were clean. You cannot walk to the hotel from the airport and there are no restaurants nears the hotel.
We could only get a late reservation in the hotel dining room for dinner(no place else to eat)- so instead we ate in their bar- very limited menu and the food was extremely disappointing. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but the room was spacious and clean. For the price paid, I was expecting better. This was our last night after 3 weeks in Italy where every accommodation was exceptional. I suppose it is fine if you need to be near the airport for your early flight.
Having drinks while we waited for the restaurant to open and then having a delicious dinner on our last night in Italy at the hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is extremely convenient. There is also a nice outside area to relax with a drink.
The second glass of wine from the bartender was a bit skimpy.

Tumulto e falta de espaço na área de alimentação no café da manhã, problema com a máquina de café.
Excellent location for airport. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was good and substantial. Overall a great stay prior to airport departure especially with the transfer!
