Sauber und stilvoll aber laut wegen der Hauptstraße
Pros:

Sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll. Großes Zimmer

Cons:

Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße, ist sehr laut. Es war heiß unterm Dach ohne Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Fantastic room/studio.
Very welcoming staff .
Room is exceptionally well equipped and spotless. High end equipment and shower to die for.

Cons:

The mattress felt it had given up the ghost and was uncomfortable, and had no support.
The door really does need fixing as you are on a busy road, and you can hear every vehicle!
The high quality that this room tries to give is spoilt by two basic problems.

Pros:

Das Personal hat uns im Vorfeld der Reise extrem bemüht uns Tips zu geben.
Wir benötigen einen Florist bei dem wir einen Blumenstrauß für die Graduation unserer Tochter von Deutschland aus vorbestellen konnten

Cons:

Das Doppelbett entspricht nicht den Größenvorstellungen eines Doppelbett in Deutschland. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und stickig. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator und ein Fenster das man öffnen konnte aber ab 6:00 Uhr Morges musste man es schließen da direkt neben uns der Abzug für die Küche gab. Auch die Fruehstueckszeiten Mo-Fr waren uns bis 9:00!Uhr zu kurz

Also had a large size car park.
The room and bathroom were immaculately clean.
The breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

I was in room 1 which had the kitchen extractor fan by it which started at 6am and was very noisy.

Decent value
Pros:

A very clean hotel and the staff were friendly - they gave my mum, who has trouble walking, a more easily accessible room without us asking. The location was reasonably close to the town centre, just a 5 minute taxi ride.

Cons:

The room was really hot. They supplied a fan, but it wasn't enough to cool the room and there was only a duvet (wish hotels would supply a separate sheet). Alternatively external blinds or shutters for the room would have really helped keep it cooler in the first place

Je déconseille car la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Hotel vieillissant.

Cet établissement n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles.
La salle de bain était très exiguë avec un lavabo très bas et une toute petite tablette dans laquelle il fallait faire attention de ne pas se cogner. Pas de possibilité de remonter les stores occultants car pas de rideaux et chambre au rez de chaussée. Pas de climatisation. Petit déjeuner servi a table avec un choix très limité.

Friendly staff, close to station but incredibly hot and stuffy room
Pros:

Very friendly staff - let us store our bikes in their garage.

Cons:

Room was incredibly hot - fan provided but very noisy and one window opened but onto loud road traffic. Tired facilities - toilet flush disintegrating, paper cups provided, Wi-Fi weak.

Clean well organised, helpful staff. Please consider upgrading mattresses.
Pros:

Well maintained, staff couldn’t do enough for you. 24 hour reception. Daily clean of rooms.

Cons:

No lift. Have to use stairs to the lowest level rooms. No TV room/bar to socialise and watch the football. Bed felt 50 years old.
