Lovely hotel.
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel very comfortable and clean. Breakfast simple but good!

Cons:

Paid extra for coffee facilities in the room, a nespresso machine is great but if you a tea drinker that was is really not hot enough! Paid what £10 extra and was not worth it.

An excellent place to stay with good parking but staff need to be more service focussed
Pros:

Location, room and en-suite, breakfast were all very good. While located on a busy road, it quietened down nicely at night.

Cons:

The staff were not that welcoming and perhaps need to focus on making an effort on demonstrating positive engagement with their customers.

A comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Everything in the hotel was up to a high standard and modernisation. A comfortable stay with a nice full breakfast. Helpful staff with storage of my bike in the garage.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

It was perfectly acceptable for a short stay.
Pros:

Room was pleasant and comfortable

Cons:

We couldn’t adjust the room temperature as there was no air conditioning. This wasn’t an issue in mid May , but the room would be very unpleasant in the heat of the summer. The window could be opened but it was on a busy / noisy road.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice

Cons:

I had an email 2 hours before arriving to say there would be an extra charge of £15 for a child sharing the parent’s quadruple bedroom

We liked the off street parking

Cons:

The lack of facilities. A hotel of this size ought to have a bar. The rooms were quite small and the ensuite bathrooms tiny.

My first choice of stay when I come to Exeter.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Location was good for what I needed.
I stay here every time I come to Exeter.

Cons:

I was satisfied with everything at the Hotel.
