Pros:

Szépen felújított, tiszta, igazi angol stílusú kis hotel, széles ágy, saját parkoló!

Cons:

Mindenhol, így itt is, hiányolom a bőröndtartókat. 4-en két nagy bőrönddel utazunk, egy éjszakát töltünk mindenhol, sehol se tudom azokat elhelyezni.
A másik örök kifogás: 4 fürdőlepedőt, 4 kis arctörlőt használunk és egy törölközőnek van hely!!

Comfortable with excellent breakfast included.
Pros:

Ideal location for Powderham Castle.
Able to get in late using a touch pad with electronic key.
Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Road noise as in city centre and no air con, so needed to open the window.

Easy to get to, lots of parking.Breakfast staff good.

Cons:

I don’t like rooms where you can’t see out of the window. It was very hot. Place seemed almost empty but we were still put up in the attic, 2 flights of stairs and window too high to see out of. Shower was strange , no indication of how to change temperature. Staff not very communicative ( except breakfast ladies). Poor quality breakfast. Traffic noise.

As a stopover on route it served its purpose very well. Clean, comfortable room with everything you would need. The bed

We were heading down to Cornwall, so just a short distance off the A30 was really useful.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about the property. It was very clean and functional.

Room was up two flights of stairs with no lift. trying to get my elderly mother and luggage up was a little challenging.

It was all good, clean, great staff and very close to the river. Should eat at the Rockfish restaurant. Best fish restaurant I have been to.

Great location (not far from the quay), great facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

My single room was lovely and clean, and equally spacious.
Staff were all lovely too.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning BUT standalone fans were provided instead which helped.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast and the staff's kindness.

Cons:

The small rooms and limited space, combined with tiny windows and no cooling equipment, made sleeping difficult as I had to keep the window open. The busy street with passing cars further disrupted sleep.

Friendly staff. Night porter was very helpful when arriving in the early hours after being stuck at a concert. Room and all reception/dining areas were very clean and modern. Breakfast was really lovely quality and staff were very helpful.

we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again if in the area
Pros:

The room was nice up on the 2nd floor with low beams . Shower was good the room also had a fan for the weather this week which was a blessing as it got hot but with the window open as well it was ok . Was at the front so traffic noise with window open but didnt bother us. Breakfast was excellant and quick service.

would of liked a lift but still not a problem
