Expectations
Pros:

Location for town access was very good. Easy walk

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of a development area with building happening all around the hotel. Parking was closed but our car still managed to acquire a scratch on the bumper probably from staff moving equipment around.

Building work going on spoiled the stay, but once all finished it should be well worth a visit.

Could open curtains as scaffolding directly outside. Breakfast room far too small and staff couldn’t cope.

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Die Fenster können das nicht ganz mildern.

Duży pokój, czysto, dobre śniadanie, możliwość zaparkowania samochodu, za opłatą także po opuszczeniu pokoju. Dobry punkt, łatwe dojście do centrum, duży sklep w pobliżu.

Cons:

Hałas z głównej ulicy, na którą wychodziły okna naszego pokoju oraz wąskie schody prowadzące na piętro.

Cons:

Building works taking place which were not disclosed. Building covered in scaffolding, breakfast area halved in size and guests squashed together. I was told to arrive early (7am) to get a seat! Room small, but was clean. WiFi terrible.

Everything we needed and more!!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt welcome from the minute we arrived. The staff were all so lovely to us and the service at breakfast was so great as was the breakfast. Free parking easy 20-30 min walk to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Generally a good stay could’ve been better
Pros:

Breakfast area was lovely. Hotel and room was clean. The original dining area and hotel reception was undergoing renovation.

Cons:

The room we stayed in felt cramped, no air in the room as outside the window was just the other side of the hotel.

Lovely hotel but room way too hot
Pros:

The hotel was presented well. Decoration lovely. Staff friendly. Breakfast nice.

Cons:

Sleeping was terrible. Worst sleep of my life either you had window open and could hear the traffic on the main road or you shut the window then bedroom was too stuffy and hot put the fan on which was so unbelievably loud. I put my ear plugs in and it still woke me up many times. This ruined my experience. If they had air con it would be way better or fan that wasnt so noisy. I did report it. The bedroom was way too hot. Radiators where not on. The room number 18 was top floor of the hotel.
