Bien atendido. Todo perfecto. Sobre todo el bar del hotel, el joven Cristian una maravilla como nos atendía, se notaba que era de verdad preocupado por sus Clientes.

Cons:

En el desayuno podrían haber incluido las omelettes como en todos los 5 estrellas, no solo huevos revueltos
La atención en el restaurante del Mar tiene deficiencias muy grandes, habiendo comensales, como nosotros a las 22 h 30 ya empezaban a retirar con ruidos y petacas todas las mesas . Es muy incómodo. Sacando todo ! Te insinuaban irte pronto. Un desastre. Desagradable. Hasta la música la apagaban. Pero la comida del restaurante es maravillosa, hay que ir temprano 😅

Good stay
Pros:

Good location, the structure is well kept, the suite was fine. Spa and beach were good. The staff was friendly. Good quality of the towels, bathrobes and amenities. The room cleaning was always on time.

Cons:

We were given a suite with lateral sea views, despite the high price paid for the room. The shower was leaking. There was no mirror in the room other than the one in the bathroom. The toilet part was super small and not comfortable. The a/c didn’t always work well. WiFi connection is poor and not suitable for remote work. The breakfast could be improved a bit quality-wise.

Pros:

It was a very rewarding experience for a seaside vacation. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can already feel the quality and service. The rooms are not too large, but comfortable with comfortable beds and a balcony. The beach always has its own umbrella and comfortable lounge chairs. There was nothing to put a pillow on. I hope to return to this wonderful hotel with its excellent staff in the future.

Cons:

Hände weg von diesem Hotel! Ich hatte einen Bandscheibenvorfall und konnte meine Buchung nicht wahrnehmen und das Hotel hat den vollen Storno verlangt. Hotel hat gesagt Booking und Booking hat gesagt Hotel. Kulanz von Hotel wäre notwendig gewesen, da keine Kosten angefallen sind und Zimmer weitervermietet wurde. Eine Frechheit. Das sagt alles über dieses Hotel und sein Management aus.

It was just what we needed after a hectic 3 weeks in Europe, I wish we could of stayed longer.

Schön und gepflegt aber überteuert.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, der Ausblick ( Meerblick ) sehr schön, der Strand sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Strandpersonal sehr freundlich und bemüht, wie schon bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Preisleistuings-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Strandzugang überteuert im Gegensatz zu unserer Erfahrung vor 3 Jahren. Auch das Strandrestaurant ist etwas zu hochpreisig, in Pesaro gibt es deutlich bessere und günstigere Restaurants. Ärgerlich ist, dass das inzwischen überwiegend junge Personal oft sehr unaufmerksam und unengagiert ist. Eine Wartezeit am Strandrestaurant von 40 min , weil Bestellung vergessen bzw. vertauscht wird, geht bei diesem Preisniveau gar nicht. Wir waren das letzte Mal im Excelsieor.

Wonderful stay at the Excelsior
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the beach location was outstanding. Breakfast had a really good selection and the lido restaurant in the beach was excellent.

Cons:

For the cost, the bedroom was a bit small for a twin with 2 friends sharing and housekeeping wasn't always consistent.. however a quick call to reception and all sorted.
