Na pewno nie 5 gwiazdek i nie za te pieniądze.
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemna lokalizacja. Do Wawelu można dojść w 20 min piechotą wzdłuż Wisły. Do Centrum i na Dworzec Główny jest bezpośredni tramwaj spod hotelu.
Dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie hotelowe. Restauracja posiada dwa tarasy, więc można zjeść z widokiem na Wisłę.

Cons:

Obiekt wymaga gruntownego remontu. W naszym pokoju był poplamiony dywan. Grzejnik w łazience był zardzewiały. W pokojach nie ma mydła do mycia rąk w płynie (pomimo podajników). Hotel zapewnia jedynie niepraktyczne małe mydełka do rąk.
Strefa saun jest dość często niedostępna ze względu na rezerwacje indywidualne. Jeśli będziecie chcieli skorzystać z saunarium wieczorem może okazać się to niemożliwe.
Trochę dużo tych niedoróbek jak na 5 gwiazdkowy standard.

Pros:

Przepyszne śniadania, duży wybór.

Cons:

Spaliła się suszarka, kiedy ją włączyłam. Personal proponował wydanie mi zastępczej, także to na duży plus. Jednak się przestraszyłam.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Wellness Programm.

Завтраки великолепные, разнообразные, выбор блюд большой. Персонал вежливый. Номер восхитительный. Чистый, большой, тихий. В номере есть электрочайник, чай, кофе.

Cons:

По телевизору немного не хватало англоязычных каналов.

Cuidado - tarifa adicional por huésped
Cons:

Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles en booking para dos personas. Al poner 2 unidades booking cogió que eran 2 unidades dobles de habitación con precio para 2 personas pero que las iba a ocupar una persona cada una.

El hotel nos pedía casi 200 euros por el trámite burocrático de no haber añadido el nombre del huésped adicional en cada hab (ya que éramos 4)

Teniendo en cuenta que el precio pagado ya incluía 2 huéspedes por hab, era un fallo de no haber metido el nombre, me parece una tarifa MUY elevada cobrar 200 eur por meter un nombre en el sistema.

Al final acabó bien porque booking intermedió…

El parking son 20 eur la noche
